Laundry utility sink pump system

Abstract

The nature of our invention is the permanent attachment of a tank which contains a pump with a discharge pipe and a floating lever switch to the bottom of a utility sink to provide for the elimination of restriction of the placement of the utility sink above the discharge waste water system which always requires gravity for the flow of the liquid in the sink. The invention allows for locating the utility sink with a washer and dryer at any level in a building eliminating the restriction of always maintaining the use of gravity for discharge of sink liquids.

What we claim as our invention is a tank permanently connected to the utility sink directly below the drain which has an internal pump with an electrical plug and a floating lever switch enabling the liquid in the sink to be pumped out through the pipe to the waste water system at a level above the utility sink which does not restrict the location of the utility sink with regard to the location of the waste water disposal system.
