Abstract
Multiple access internet portals with wireless market place systems are provided. A representative system, among others, includes a wireless internet server and a wireless market place system. The wireless internet server routes internet content from a content provider to a plurality of platform gateways, while the wireless market place system receives a set of rules from a third party vendor, and translates the set of rules into a format operable to be routed by the wireless internet server. Methods and other systems for providing access to wireless customers are also provided.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system for routing internet content, comprising:
an internet server operable to route internet content to a plurality of platform gateways corresponding to a plurality of messaging formats of a plurality of platforms that are used to access the platform gateways, wherein the internet server formats content in accordance with the messaging format of the particular platform being used to access the internet server and delivers the content in accordance with a set of rules from a third party and the messaging format of the particular platform utilized to access the internet server, the internet server accessible by the plurality of platforms, the set of rules including at least one designation for delivering content to the particular platform being used to access the internet server.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of platforms comprises wireless platforms.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of platform gateways are operable to deliver a message to a wireless device.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the particular platform comprises a voice portal in communication with a wireless device.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the particular platform comprises a wireless access protocol gateway.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the particular platform comprises a proxy server.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the internet server is operable to authenticate a user accessing the internet server through a centralized mobile authentication registration system.
8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the internet server is further operable to provide the user with a plurality of personalized internet content upon authenticating the user.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the mobile authentication system is further operable to provide the user with a plurality of internet applications via the internet server.
10 . A method of routing internet content, the method comprising:
receiving a message from a third party; formatting the message for delivery to a recipient according to a messaging format of a platform being used by the recipient to access an internet server, wherein the internet server is accessible by a plurality of platforms; and sending the message to at least one of the plurality of platforms in accordance with a set of rules from the third party, the rules including at least one designation for delivering content to the particular platform that is currently being used to access the internet server.
11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein sending the message to at least one of the plurality of platforms comprises:
sending the message to the internet server; from the internet server, sending the message to an appropriate gateway; and from the appropriate gateway, sending the message to a communication device associated with said at least one of the plurality of platforms in a messaging format that was used to access the internet server.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a wireless access protocol gateway and the communication device comprises a wireless access protocol enabled phone.
13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a short message service center and the communication device comprises a short message service enabled phone.
14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a voice portal.
15 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a proxy server.
16 . A computer readable medium having a program for routing internet content, the program when executed by a computer causes the computer to perform:
receiving a message from a third party; formatting the message for delivery to a recipient according to a messaging format of a platform being used by the recipient to access an internet server, wherein the internet server is accessible by a plurality of platforms; and sending the message to at least one of the plurality of platforms in accordance with a set of rules from the third party, the rules including at least one designation for delivering content to the particular platform that is currently being used to access the internet server.
17 . The computer readable medium of claim 16 , wherein sending the message to at least one of the plurality of platforms comprises:
sending the message to the internet server; from the internet server, sending the message to an appropriate gateway; and from the appropriate gateway, sending the message to a communication device associated with said at least one of the plurality of platforms in a messaging format that was used to access the internet server.
18 . The computer readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a wireless access protocol gateway and the communication device comprises a wireless access protocol enabled phone.
19 . The computer readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the appropriate gateway comprises a short message service center and the communication device comprises a short message service enabled phone.
