Abstract

A package for food is provided which can preserve the freshness of fresh food after being stored in a refrigerator for a long period of time. A container bag of a synthetic resin sheet has an opening which can be closed with a zipper to seal the inside. A water-absorbing sheet is contained inside the container bag, and this water-absorbing sheet is located on the inside of a first side, a second side, and a bottom of the container bag. Accordingly, drips can be absorbed by the water-absorbing sheet, with fresh food being surrounded by the water-absorbing sheet, and it is possible to maintain the moisture within the bag.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A package for food comprising;
 a container bag; and a water-absorbing sheet provided inside the container bag, wherein the container bag is made from a packing material of a synthetic resin sheet and has a first side and a second side which have a rectangular shape and face each other, an opening communicating to the inside of the container bag is defined on one side of the rectangle, and a bottom facing the opening and two other sides are closed, wherein zippers which mate with each other inside the opening to seal the opening are provided to each inner surface of the first side and the second side, and the water-absorbing sheet is disposed along the inner surfaces of the first side, the bottom, and the second side when the container bag is flattened, and wherein the water-absorbing sheet is made by laying a liquid-permeable surface layer over a liquid-absorbing layer made of a hydrophilic material, and the surface layer is located facing the inside of the container bag.

       2 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein an area of a part of the water-absorbing sheet located on the inside of the second side is smaller than an area of a part of the water-absorbing sheet located on the inside of the first side when the container bag is flattened.

       3 . The package for food according to claim 2 , wherein the area of the part of the water-absorbing sheet located on the inside of the second side is one half or less of the area of the part of the water-absorbing sheet located on the inside of the first side.

       4 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein an absorption bag is formed from the water-absorbing sheet and an opening of the absorption bag is located inside the opening of the container bag.

       5 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein at least a part of the water-absorbing sheet is fixed by bonding to the inner surface of the first side and the inner surface of the second side.

       6 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the container bag is folded in a gusset in order to make the bottom of the container bag expandable.

       7 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein the surface layer of the water-absorbing sheet is a synthetic resin sheet having liquid-permeable holes formed therein, and the liquid-permeable holes are formed having a wider hole opening area at a surface of the surface layer than a hole opening area on a liquid-absorbing layer side.

       8 . The package for food according to claim 1 , wherein the surface layer of the water-absorbing sheet is a synthetic resin sheet having liquid-permeable holes formed therein, and the liquid-permeable holes are formed obliquely with respect to a thickness direction of the surface layer.
