Abstract

A misting system is combined with a water sport towing apparatus, such as a wakeboard tower. The water sport towing apparatus's frame comprises a misting system providing the vessels occupants a benefit of misting combined with the tower in design and function. A vapor of water molecules is showered from the water sport towing apparatus that is directed at filling the vessels cabin thereby contributing to a cooler environment for the vessel occupants.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A apparatus for providing mist to a passenger compartment of a boat, comprising:
a water sport towing apparatus that is configured to attach a tow rope; and a misting system that is designed for the water sport towing apparatus that is integrated with the water sport towing apparatus; wherein the misting system is configured to provide mist within a portion of the passenger compartment of the boat.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the water sport towing apparatus is a wakeboard tower.

3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the misting system is incorporated on an exterior of the wakeboard tower.

4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein the misting system includes at least one misting bar that includes misting nozzles located within the misting bar and wherein each of the misting nozzles are positioned to provide a mist to the portion of the boat's passenger compartment.

5 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the misting bar is designed for a type of wakeboard tower.

6 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the misting system is incorporated within an interior of the wakeboard tower.

7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the misting system includes misting nozzles located within the interior of the wakeboard tower and wherein each of the misting nozzles are positioned to provide a mist to the portion of the boat's passenger compartment.

8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the wakeboard tower is manufactured with the misting nozzles.

9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising a water container that is coupled to a misting supply line that is coupled to each of the misting nozzles.

10 . A system for providing mist to a passenger compartment of a boat, comprising:
a wakeboard tower that is attached to the boat and is configured to attach a tow rope; and a misting system that is designed for the wakeboard tower and that is integrated with the wakeboard tower; wherein the misting system is configured to provide mist within a portion of a boat's passenger compartment.

11 . The system of claim 10 , further comprising a water storage container to provide water for the misting system and a pump that is configured to pressurize the water to create the mist.

12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the misting system is incorporated on an exterior of the wakeboard tower.

13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the misting system includes misting bars that each include misting nozzles located within the misting bar and wherein each of the misting nozzles are positioned to provide the mist to the portion of the passenger compartment; wherein the misting bars are made of the same or similar material as the wakeboard tower.

14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the misting bars are designed for a particular brand of wakeboard tower.

15 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the misting system is incorporated within an interior of the wakeboard tower.

16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the misting system includes misting nozzles located within the interior of the wakeboard tower and wherein each of the misting nozzles are positioned to provide the mist to the passenger compartment.

17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the wakeboard tower is manufactured with the misting nozzles.

18 . The system of claim 11 , further comprising a switch that is configured to control the operation of the mist.

19 . The system of claim 11 , further comprising a misting line that is connected to the water storage container.

20 . The system of claim 19 , wherein the water storage container is a ballast system.
