Wading pool retrofittable to a main pool

Abstract

A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool, the wading pool being for containing water. The wading pool includes a plumbing system for providing the water and a water basin for receiving the water provided by the plumbing system. The water basin is defined by first and second side walls, a back wall and a front wall. The first and second side walls, the back wall and the front wall each have a respective height. The height of the front wall is substantially lower than the height of the back wall and than the height of the first and second side walls. The wading pool is located such as to allow water to outflow from the front wall into the main pool.

1 . A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool comprising:
 a water basin part, a bench part, decorative panels, and a privacy wall;   said bench part having a structure surrounding said water basin so that said bench with said decorative panels, and said privacy wall creating a monolithic entity large and heavy enough to settle in a given place once assembled;   said water basin having a base, side walls, a back wall, and a front wall extending upwardly from said base;   a water inlet and a drain;   means to connect said water inlet to an existing pool plumbing system.   
   
   
       2 . A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool as in  claim 1  having the following method of operation:
 water coming through said water inlet fills said basin, when water level in said basin reaches said upper limit of said front wall, water flows over and into said pool.   
   
   
       3 . A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool as in  claim 1  wherein:
 said privacy wall having a plurality of privacy panels attached to columns.   
   
   
       4 . A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool as in  claim 1  wherein:
 water level in said wading pool being between 5 and 15 centimeters   
   
   
       5 . A wading pool retrofittable to a main pool as in  claim 1  wherein:
 a lip at the base of said front wall to break the flow of water into rai-like dripping.
