Abstract

A golf putting game that will test a player or players skill while attempting to putt a ball on a floor like surface into a uniquely shaped putting cup. The player or players will take turns putting from one (1) of five (5) different hole location markers towards the uniquely shaped putting cup and receive a score according to the rules of play. Each hole location marker represents two (2) holes, except the 9 th hole which is singular location marker. The game will include a score pad with columns for a player or players names, score per hole, distance between the hole location markers and the putting cup and a total score of the game for each player. Rules of Play and game set up sheet along with a golf ball and pencil are also included in the game package.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A golf putting game of skill comprising:
A uniquely shaped golf putting cup approximately 6.00″ long by 4.25″ in dia. that is manufactured of a metal alloy similar to that of a regulation golf putting cup but being one half of a regulation golf cup. The putting cup will be 6.00″ long by half the circumference of a regulation golf putting cup. The randomly placed half cup will rest on the floor or a floor like surface and having an opening resembling a half circle and one end of the putting cup being the receptacle for receiving the golf ball in this game. The golf putting game will also include five (5) round, coaster like material, approximately 4″ in diameter by approximately 1/16″ thick hole location markers, where a player or players will putt from towards the putting cup. The hole location markers combine holes # 1 / 5 , holes # 2 / 6 , holes # 3 / 7 , holes # 4 / 8 and hole # 9 is a hole by itself. All hole location markers will be randomly placed on the floor prior to each game at the discretion of the player or players. A scoring pad comprising of a creative scoring system, going against current golf logic where as the high score wins not the low score, is included with each game. The score pad is clearly outlined for a player or players to imprint their name, score per hole, distance between hole location markers and putting cup and totals for each round enabling a player or players the option of recording their rounds scores. Rules of play will also be included with each game on a separate rules sheet and imprinted on the inside of each game box. A standard golf ball and small golf pencil will also be included with the above described golf putting game.

2 . As mentioned in claim 1 , the five (5) hole location markers will be randomly placed on the floor playing surface prior to the start of the game, giving a player or players unlimited location variation each time a game is played. The random location of the putting cup will also add additional variation to the game making every round different, whereas no two rounds will ever be exactly the same.

3 . As mentioned in claim 1 , the putting cup composite comprising of a metal alloy such as to give the player or players that realistic sound of a putt being made on an actual putting green when the ball comes into contact with the putting cup, thus adding to the games realism.
