assigning a global username to the at least one user, wherein the global username of the at least one user is used for the at least one user as a same local username at a plurality of other websites.

10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the global username is associated with a unique registration number.

11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the registration number is based on a computer device signature used by the at least one user.

assign a global reputation to at least one user at a website; wherein the global reputation of the at least one user is used for the at least one user at a plurality of other websites.

16 . The machine-accessible medium of claim 15 , further comprising instructions that, when executed cause the machine to:
assign a global username to the at least one user, wherein the global username of the at least one user is used for the at least one user as a same local username at a plurality of other websites.

17 . The machine-accessible medium of claim 15 , wherein negative feedback remains part of the global reputation for a predetermined amount of time.

18 . The machine-accessible medium of claim 15 , wherein different reputations from different websites are included in the global reputation.
