Adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver
Abstract
An adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver comprises a safety rod; an adjusting wheel; a resisting rod; a screw rod passing through the safety rod, adjusting wheel, and resisting rod sequentially; the screw rod being at a front end and the resisting rod being at a rear end; and a retaining seat having an open section; the adjusting wheel being position in the open section; and the screw rod passing through the retaining seat; When the adjusting wheel is rotated, the adjusting wheel moves in the open section of the retaining seat along a thread of the screw rod so as to drive the safety rod to achieve the effect of adjusting the position of the safety rod. The adjusting wheel is installed at a position far away from the beating opening so that the mistake in adjustment is reduced.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver comprising:
a safety rod; an adjusting wheel; a resisting rod; a screw rod passing through the safety rod, adjusting wheel, and resisting rod sequentially; the screw rod being at a front end and the resisting rod being at a rear end; a retaining seat having an open section; the adjusting wheel being positioned in the open section; and the screw rod passing through the retaining seat; wherein when the adjusting wheel is rotated, the adjusting wheel moves in the open section of the retaining seat along a thread of the screw rod so as to drive the safety rod to achieve the effect of adjusting the position of the safety rod.
2 . The adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the screw rod has a through hole and is installed at the front end of the screw rod; an elastic unit is installed between the safety rod and the safety rod so that the safety rod is adhered to the adjusting wheel.
3 . The adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a front end of the safety rod has a resisting portion; the resisting portion is installed at a beating opening; when the resisting portion is pressed inwards, the safety rod will cause the resisting rod to reduce inwards to have a state of triggering.
4 . The adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one end of the resisting rod is formed with a resisting portion for resisting an ejecting sheet of a trigger so as to control the triggering of the trigger.
5 . The adjustable safety assembly of a nail driver as claimed in claim 1 , wherein one end of the retaining seat has an elastic unit for resisting against the resisting rod so that when no force is applied, the trigger can not be actuated.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
