Abstract

The pedicure toe separator is formed from a single piece of material consisting of polyurethane foam. The toe separator is designed to be worn as a ring around the users toe. The toe separator is square in shape with four surface structures and with an open oval hole in the center of the four surface structures. The left side surface structure and the right side surface structure provide sufficient separation between each toe. The bottom surface structure is designed to give support, comfort and rest for the users toe. The top surface structure of the separator is designed with an open flexible slit that will allow the user to wear and remove the separator with ease. The open oval hole in the center of the four structures of the toe separator provides stability, support and can be adjusted to the users toe.

1 . A pedicure toe separator which is formed from a single piece of material consisting of polyurethane foam. 
   
   
       2 . A pedicure toe separator as in  claim 1  wherein said the toe separator is square in shape with four rounded edges and four surface structures. The toe separator is comprised of a bottom surface structure for supporting the toe. The toe separator consists of a left side surface structure and a right side surface structure to provide sufficient separation between each toe. The toe separator is comprised of a top surface structure that is used for adjusting the size of the toe separator around the toe in order to wear and remove with ease. 
   
   
       3 . A pedicure toe separator as in  claim 1  wherein said the top surface structure as in  claim 2  has a flexible open slit. The flexible open slit is used for the purpose of wearing and removing the separator with ease and also allows the user to adjust the separator around the toe without damage to the toe polish. 
   
   
       4 . A pedicure toe separator as in  claim 1  wherein said the interior of the toe separator is hollowed out creating a hole in the structure of the toe separator. The hole is to center and stabilize the toe, which is surrounded by the four surface structures as in  claim 2 .
