Wearable photo art collection

Abstract

This “Wearable Photo Art Collection” allows you to wear jewelry with photos. An article of jewelry comprising a bracelet having a single framed compartment or a plurality of framed compartments each of which releasably receives a photograph or some similar medium indicia thereon. Each framed compartment is formed with two PVC plastics. One is clear and shows the front of the photograph. The other PVC plastic is black and harder, to protect the back of the photograph. Four sidewalls are integrally formed therewith. Openings are formed in two of the opposing sidewalls to receive a thin resilient cord or the like employed to connect the framed compartments in a series or a single framed compartment to various other desired objects. A separate opening is formed within the sidewalls to receive the two PVC plastics to slide in the picture and thin slide in the thin cord. This opening is also to facilitate the removal of the photograph. Jewelry pieces with colored stones that are placed between the frames are provided to keep the series of framed compartment equally separated from the next and ensure the bracelet's overall flexibility.

An article of jewelry comprising of a bracelet having a plurality of open framed compartments for easily receiving a small photograph, said open framed compartments being formed of a hard black PVC plastic for containing and protecting the back of the photograph and upwardly extending generally flat sidewalls along the side of said PVC plastic and formed integrally therewith;
 A first opening and a second opening formed flush within opposing sidewalls of each of said compartments to form said bracelet; one or more space members to separate each of said compartemtns from the other and enhance said bracelet's flexibility and aesthetics; and means formed within the PVC plastics to use the clear PVC plastic on top of the photograph and the harder black PVC plastic on the back of the photograph, the photo should be slid in between the two PVC plastics and then all three slide into the framed compartment.   
   
   
       2 . The article of jewelry in  claim 1  wherein each of said open framed compartments includes 4 pins formed on the back within each frame of said compartment for assisting to secure the photograph. 
   
   
       3 . The article of jewelry of  claim 1  wherein said openings in each of said opposing side walls receives said means for connecting a series of said compartments to form a generally circular shape of jewelry. 
   
   
       4 . The article of jewelry of  claim 3  wherein said means for connecting said open framed compartments comprises a resilient thin stretch elastic cord, comprised of a synthetic material. 
   
   
       5 . The article of  claim 1  wherein said spacer member is comprised of one or more colored stones. 
   
   
       6 . The article of jewelry in  claim 1  wherein said means formed within the two PVC plastics for receiving and releasing the photograph comprises an opening in the frame. 
   
   
       7 . The article of jewelry in  claim 1  further including two PVC plastics sized and shaped to allow the photograph to be easily inserted in between the two PVC plastics and then to be slid into the opening of the frame and sufficiently enabling it to be pushed backwards and completely separate from said compartment. 
   
   
       8 . The article of jewelry of  claim 7  comprising ornamental stones of different sizes, shapes and colors. 
   
   
       9 . The article of jewelry of  claim 1  wherein each of said spacer members contains an opening there through which to receive said resilient thin elastic cord. 
   
   
       10 . The article of jewelry of  claim 1  wherein said open framed compartment is comprised of metal.
