. The collapsible container of claim 3 , wherein the collapsible container is substantially watertight when not collapsed.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 wherein said container is capable of collapsing inward by collapsing said first and second side panels inward and collapsing said top downwards.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said side panel portions is substantially transparent.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said side panel portions is substantially transparent to ultra violet light.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said bottom, said top and said side panel portions are attached, as described in claim 1 , utilizing latches.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said side panel portions, said top panel and said bottom panel are removable.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein at least one of said side panel portions, said top panel, and said bottom panel are interchangeable with replacements.
. The collapsible container of claim 2 , wherein at least one of said set of removable doors is interchangeable with replacements.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a global positioning system.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a transmitter.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is manufactured using material selected from the group consisting of aluminum, plastics and steel.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is used as a refuse receptacle.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of at least one wheel.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of an apparatus designed for use by a garbage collection truck.

. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is used in intercontinental shipping.
. A method of collapsing the collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said second side panel portion collapses inward, said third side panel portion collapses inward and said fourth side panel portion collapses on top of said third side panel portion.
. The method of claim 31 for collapsing said collapsible container, wherein said top further collapses downward to further collapse said collapsible container.
. A method of collapsing the collapsible container of claim 2 , wherein said first and second sets of doors are removed, said second side panel portion collapses inward, said third side panel portion collapses inward and said fourth side panel portion collapses on top of said third side panel portion.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a device for monitoring and recording the times at which said collapsible container has been opened and closed.
. The collapsible container of claim 23 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a device for transmitting said recorded times at which said collapsible container has been opened and closed to a database.
. The collapsible container of claim 23 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a device for maintaining a record of the global position of the collapsible container for a set period of time.
. The collapsible container of claim 23 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a device for transmitting a record of the global position of the collapsible container to an external data storage for a set period of time.
. The collapsible container of claim 1 , wherein said collapsible container is further comprised of a barcode label.
