Abstract

A strip foundation with longitudinal socket is formed of pre-cast concrete socket components hanged within prepared trenches and integrally joined thereto by concrete poured in site. The crane, supplied continuously by pre-cast socket elements, moves along the trench side is assisted with only a few workers rigging and fixing holding/levelling devices to the pre-cast longitudinal socket elements and assisting to place them to hang temporarily over the trench. The socket elements are subsequently adjusted and levelled by features of holding/levelling devices being in sequel, lastingly incorporated to strip footings, through its protruding reinforcement, poured into the trench below them. Moving onwards along the trench, under conditions of absent interruptions or any disturbance, the procedure is performed with approximate 1 m/1 minute speed what means 60 meters per hour

The quick method of constructing strip foundation with longitudinal socket groove intended for receiving and supporting walls assembled of load-bearing panels, characterized in that the longitudinal socket groove is formed of plurality of pre-cast socket elements ( 3 ) temporarily hanged over the trench ( 8 ), around the perimeter of the building layout, on holding/levelling devices ( 5 ) until being finally adjusted and levelled by the same devices, subsequently poured with fresh concrete to form the strip footing ( 4 ) into which the said elements ( 3 ) are incorporated through projecting reinforcement ( 3 . 3 ).

The pre-cast socket elements ( 3 ), according to the  claim 1 , as an essential part of strip foundation with longitudinal socket groove, characterized in that the socket groove element ( 3 ) comprises two pairs of inner holes ( 3 . 1 ) and two pairs of outer holes ( 3 . 2 ) serving the purpose of re-rigging from crane slings to holding/levelling devices ( 5 ).

The holding/levelling device ( 5 ), according to the  claim 1 , characterized in that comprising the main truss-girder ( 5 . 1 ) with extendable ends ( 5 . 2 ), leaned against saddles ( 6 . 5 ) on the top of a pair of adjustable supports ( 6 ) comprising hydraulic lifting presses ( 6 . 1 ) placed within the steel housing ( 6 . 2 ) with enlarged basis ( 6 . 3 ), enabled to slide in two horizontal perpendicular directions, leaned against the support pad ( 6 . 4 ) whereby two rectangular cross-shaped horizontal bolts ( 7 ) are hanged on two vertical rods ( 5 . 3 ) pulled vertically through holes of the main truss-girder ( 5 . 1 ) symmetrically about the midspan, whereby the adjustable length ( 5 . 3 ) of both vertical rods ( 5 . 3 ) between the top of the truss-girder ( 5 . 1 ) and the horizontal bolt ( 7 ) is fixed by two nuts ( 5 . 4 ).
