Abstract

The present invention is directed towards, in one embodiment, a system, process or method for controlling, operating, displaying, generating, rendering or otherwise managing the IP content within a retail structural facility. In a preferred embodiment, the present invention comprises a retail structural facility having a computer controlled system adapted for consumer browsing, retrieval, access, consumption, control of, and interaction with, all forms of available intellectual property content within one or more screening chambers within the retail structural facility. The computer controlled system may include at least one computer system, or may include a plurality of computer systems in electronic communication with other on-site computer systems, or in electronic communication with off-site computer systems, mobile devices, and the Internet. The present invention is adapted to allow consumers to consumer intellectual property content upon demand on a predetermined audio/video system within the facility, within a time schedule set by the consumer. In another embodiment, the present invention allows the adjustment the screening chambers to maximize viewing quality and sensory perception.

1 . A process for receiving, managing and disbursing intellectual property content within an entertainment structural facility, the process comprising the steps of:
 Providing a structural facility having at least one electronically interactive customer kiosk and having at least one predetermined screening chamber, each screening chamber including an audio/video system therein; and   Introducing at least one core computer system in electronic communication with each customer kiosk, with each audio/video system, and with one or more remotely located computer systems, the core computer system adapted to control the operation of each audio/video system, the core computer system further adapted to receive, store, control, access, disburse and cease disbursement of the intellectual property content to each predetermined audio/video system in the screening chamber upon command for consumption by a consumer.   
     
     
         2 . The process of  claim 1 , wherein each audio/video system further comprises at least one video system and at least one audio system, the video system and audio system communicating with the core computer system via a wireless network. 
     
     
         3 . The process of  claim 1 , the core computer system further being adapted to receive a consumer's order of Intellectual property content from within the screening chamber, process the Intellectual property content request, retrieve the Intellectual property content and disburse the Intellectual property content to the audio/video system within the screening chamber. 
     
     
         4 . The process of  claim 1 , the core computer system further being adapted to provide partial consumption of intellectual property content, upon command, through one or more predefined customer kiosks within or adjacent to the facility. 
     
     
         5 . The process of  claim 1 , the core computer system further being adapted to access, store and transmit intellectual property content from and to a remotely located computer system. 
     
     
         6 . The process of  claim 5  wherein the remotely located computer system comprises at least one electronic video game system. 
     
     
         7 . The process of  claim 5 , the core computer system further being adapted to allow intellectual property content being disbursed to a first screening chamber to be electronically communicative with intellectual property content being disbursed to at least a second remotely located screening chamber via a network 
     
     
         8 . The process of  claim 5 , the core computer system further being adapted to allow intellectual property content being disbursed to a first screening chamber to be electronically communicative with intellectual property content being disbursed to at least the remotely located computer via a network. 
     
     
         9 . The process of  claim 5  wherein each remotely located computer is an electronic mobile device. 
     
     
         10 . The process of  claim 1 , wherein each screening chamber is defined by a plurality of wall structures, the core computer system being further adapted to electromechanically control each wall structure for movement so that the size of each screening chamber is adjustable to accommodate the number of customers within each screening chamber. 
     
     
         11 . The process of  claim 1 , wherein each screening chamber contains at least one seat and aisle structure, the computer system being further adapted to electromechanically control each seat and aisle structure to optimize the viewing angle slope of each screening chamber. 
     
     
         12 . The process of  claim 1  wherein the entertainment structural facility is selected from the group consisting of: a theater, an arcade, a bowling center, a hall area, a pod, and a concession area. 
     
     
         13 . The process of  claim 1  wherein at least one screening chamber within the facility is movable. 
     
     
         14 . The process of  claim 2  wherein the core computer system is further adapted to accept and process consumer requests for food and/or beverages through the customer kiosk, the core computer system further adapted to deliver ordered food and/or beverages to the consumer's location by a transportation means. 
     
     
         15 . The process of  claim 1 , the core computer system further comprising a pre-ordering communication means, the pre-ordering communication means being adapted communicate with the core computer system to facilitate customer pre-orders of intellectual property content. 
     
     
         16 . The process according to  claim 1  further comprising the step of introducing a verification system in communication with the core computer system, the verification system adapted to authenticate identification of the customer who is purchasing the intellectual property content, verify the customer's ability to purchase the ordered intellectual property content, and if authentication and identification is confirmed, communicate to the core computer system to deliver the ordered intellectual property content to the customer. 
     
     
         17 . The process according to  claim 1 , wherein the step of introducing a core computer system further comprises the steps of allowing the core computer system to:
 direct a customer to an customer kiosk;   receive communications from, and transmit communications to, the customer through the customer kiosk corresponding to an ordered intellectual property content, the customer kiosk being in communication with the core computer system;   obtain remuneration from the customer;   direct the customer to a predetermined screening chamber;   access the ordered intellectual property content from within a pre-defined portion of the facility, and at a predetermined time, disburse the intellectual property content to a predetermined audio/video system corresponding to the predetermined screening chamber.   
     
     
         18 . The process according to  claim 1 , wherein the step of introducing a core computer system further comprises the steps of allowing the core computer system to:
 direct a customer to an customer kiosk;   accept customer intellectual property content from a consumer at the customer kiosk, the customer kiosk being in communication with the core computer system;   obtain remuneration from the customer;   direct the customer to a predetermined screening chamber; and   at a predetermined time, disburse the customer intellectual property content to a predetermined audio/video system corresponding to the predetermined screening chamber.   
     
     
         19 . The process according to  claim 1  wherein each audio/video system in a screening chamber further comprises a projection screen and a projector mounted to a screening room ceiling on a projector adjuster, the projector adjuster being generally formed by two legs joined at an apex in a V-shape and containing vertical adjustment means at the end of each leg. 
     
     
         20 . The process according to  claim 19  wherein the adjustment screw mechanism is adapted for vertical repositioning of the projector, the projector adjuster further comprising a lip formed at the apex, the lip adapted to retain the projector in a secure position. 
     
     
         21 . The process according to  claim 1  wherein each audio/video system in a screening chamber further comprises a projection screen and a projector mounted to a screening room ceiling on a projector adjuster, the projector adjuster being generally formed by at least three legs joined through at least two apexes in a W-shape and containing vertical adjustment means at the end of each leg. 
     
     
         22 . The process according to  claim 21  wherein the adjustment screw mechanism is adapted for vertical repositioning of the projector, the projector adjuster further comprising a lip formed at each apex, the lip adapted to retain the projector in a secure position. 
     
     
         23 . A facility for disbursing intellectual property content for consumption by a consumer, the facility comprising:
 a structure, the structure housing at least one predetermined screening chamber having at least one audio/video system therein, the structure further housing at least one electronically interactive customer kiosk; and   at least one core computer system in electronic communication with each customer kiosk and each audio/video system, the structure housing the core computer system, the core computer system further being in electronic communication with one or more secondary computer systems, the core computer system adapted to control the operation of each customer kiosk and each audio/video system, the core computer system further adapted to receive, store, control, access, disburse and cease disbursement of intellectual property content preselected audio/video systems.   
     
     
         24 . The facility of  claim 23  wherein each audio/video system electronically communicates with the core computer system through a wireless network. 
     
     
         25 . The facility of  claim 24  wherein each audio/video system electronically communicates with the core computer system through a combined wireless and wired network. 
     
     
         26 . The facility of  claim 24  wherein each customer kiosk is adapted to receive a consumer's order of Intellectual property content at a location within the facility, receive a customer's desired screening chamber, and transmit the Intellectual property content request and desired screening room chamber to the core computer system; and upon such transmission, the core computer system being adapted to retrieve the Intellectual property content requested and disburse the Intellectual property content to the screening chamber desired by the customer. 
     
     
         27 . The facility of  claim 26  wherein the secondary computer system comprises at least one electronic video game system. 
     
     
         28 . The facility of  claim 26 , the core computer system further being adapted to allow intellectual property content being disbursed to a first screening chamber to be electronically communicative with intellectual property content being disbursed to at least a second remotely located screening chamber via a network 
     
     
         29 . The process of  claim 26 , the core computer system further being adapted to allow intellectual property content being disbursed to a first screening chamber to be electronically communicative with intellectual property content being disbursed to at least the secondary computer system via a network. 
     
     
         30 . The facility of  claim 26  wherein each screening chamber is defined by a plurality of wall structures and at least one seat and aisle structure, the core computer system being further adapted to electromechanically control each wall structure for movement so that the size of each screening chamber is adjustable to accommodate the number of customers within each screening chamber, the computer system being further adapted to electromechanically control each seat and aisle structure to optimize the viewing angle slope of each screening chamber. 
     
     
         31 . The facility of  claim 26  wherein the core computer system is further adapted to accept and process consumer requests for food and/or beverages through the customer kiosk, the core computer system further adapted to deliver ordered food and/or beverages to the consumer's location by a transportation means. 
     
     
         32 . The facility of  claim 26 , the core computer system further comprising a pre-ordering communication means, the pre-ordering communication means being adapted communicate with the core computer system to facilitate customer pre-orders of intellectual property content. 
     
     
         33 . The facility of  claim 26  wherein the facility further comprises a verification system in communication with the core computer system, the verification system adapted to authenticate identification of the customer who is purchasing the intellectual property content, verify the customer's ability to purchase the ordered intellectual property content, and if authentication and identification is confirmed, communicate to the core computer system to deliver the ordered intellectual property content to the customer. 
     
     
         34 . The facility of  claim 26 , wherein each audio/video system in a screening chamber further comprises a projection screen and a projector mounted to a screening room ceiling on a projector adjuster, the projector adjuster adapted to retain the projector in a secure position without interfering with any video signal emitted from the audio/video system. 
     
     
         35 . A system for receiving, managing and disbursing intellectual property content within an entertainment structural facility, the system comprising a retail facility adapted to house at least one electronically interactive customer kiosk and having at least one predetermined screening chamber, each screening chamber including an audio/video system therein; and at least one core computer system in electronic communication with each customer kiosk, with each audio/video system, and with one or more remotely located computer systems, the core computer system adapted to control the operation of each audio/video system, the core computer system further adapted to receive, store, control, access, disburse and cease disbursement of the intellectual property content to each predetermined audio/video system in the screening chamber upon command for consumption by a consumer, the core computer system further being adapted to allow intellectual property content being disbursed to a first screening chamber to be electronically communicative with intellectual property content being disbursed to at least a second computer system via a network. 
     
     
         36 . The system of  claim 35  wherein the second computer system is selected from the group consisting of and electronic mobile device, an electronic video game system and a remotely located computer system. 
     
     
         37 . The system of  claim 35  wherein the facility is selected from the group consisting of: a theater, an arcade, a bowling center, a hall area, a pod, and a concession area. 
     
     
         38 . The system of  claim 35  wherein the core computer system is further adapted to accept and process consumer requests for food and/or beverages through the customer kiosk, the core computer system further adapted to deliver ordered food and/or beverages to the consumer's location by a transportation means.
