Abstract
A shoe upper is non-yellowed by using a film. The film is covered on a leather. The film has the function of discoloration and has a low density.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A footwear having a non-yellowing film, comprising a shoe sole and a shoe upper deposed on said shoe sole,
wherein said shoe upper is obtained by adhering a leather layer and a film layer through a high frequency waving; wherein said leather layer is made of a material selected from a group consisting of an artificial leather and a fabric; and wherein said film layer is obtained by mixing ingredients of a Styrene-Ethylene/Butylene-Styrene (SEBS) block copolymer, a Polyolefin Elastomer (POE), an Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and a slip agent.
2 . The footwear according to claim 1 wherein, in said film layer, said SEBS block copolymer, said POE and said EVA have ratios of 5 to 50 percent (5˜50%), 30˜80% and 5˜15% respectively.
3 . The footwear according to claim 1 wherein said slip agent is selected from a group consisting of a wax and an amine.
4 . The footwear according to claim 1 ,
wherein said ingredients are well mixed to obtain a fluid-type material; wherein, by using an extruder having twin screws, said fluid-type material is extruded under 180 Celsius degrees (° C.) to obtain a pellet-type material; wherein said pellet-type material is extruded by a T-die to obtain a raw material; and wherein said film layer is obtained with said raw material through two rolls mill.
5 . The footwear according to claim 1 ,
wherein said film layer has a density smaller than 1.
6 . The footwear according to claim 1 wherein said film layer has a thickness between 0.17 and 2.0 millimeter (mm).
7 . The footwear according to claim 1 wherein a pigment is added when mixing said ingredients of said film layer.
8 . A footwear having a non-yellowing film, said footwear comprising a shoe sole and a shoe upper deposed on said shoe sole,
wherein said shoe upper is obtained by adhering a leather layer, a figure layer and a film layer through a high frequency waving; wherein said leather layer is made of a material selected from a group consisting of an artificial leather and a fabric; and wherein said film layer is obtained by mixing ingredients of a SEBS block copolymer, a POE, an EVA and a slip agent.
9 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein, in said film layer, said SEBS block copolymer, said POE and said EVA have ratios of 5˜50%, 30˜80%, 5˜15% respectively.
10 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein said slip agent is selected from a group consisting of a wax and an amine.
11 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein said ingredients are well mixed to obtain a fluid-type material; wherein, by using an extruder having twin screws, said fluid-type material is extruded under 180° C. to obtain a pellet-type material; wherein said pellet-type material is extruded by a T-die to obtain a raw material; and wherein said film layer is obtained with said raw material through two rolls mill.
12 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein said film layer has a density smaller than 1.
13 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein said film layer has a thickness of 0.17˜2.0 mm.
14 . The footwear according to claim 8 ,
wherein a pigment is added when mixing said ingredients of said film layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
