Spatial molded object
Abstract
A spatial molded object includes an inner spatial member having a chamber formed or defined by an outer peripheral wall which includes an outer peripheral surface, and an outer peripheral member having an outer pattern and having one or more openings, the inner spatial member is molded in an inner portion of the outer peripheral member with a material, and the material is filled into the openings of the outer peripheral member for forming one or more spatial patterns on the outer peripheral surface of the inner spatial member and for allowing the outer peripheral member and the inner spatial member to be solidly secured together.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A spatial molded object comprising:
an inner spatial member including a chamber formed therein and defined by an outer peripheral wall which includes an outer peripheral surface provided thereon, and an outer peripheral member including a pattern provided on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and including at least one opening formed therein, said outer peripheral member being softer than said inner spatial member, and said inner spatial member being molded in an inner portion of said outer peripheral member with a material, and said material being filled into said at least one opening of said outer peripheral member for forming at least one spatial pattern on said outer peripheral surface of said inner spatial member and for allowing said outer peripheral member and said inner spatial member to be solidly secured together.
2 . The spatial molded object as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said inner spatial member includes a bottom panel attached to a bottom portion of said outer peripheral wall for forming said chamber of said inner spatial member.
3 . The spatial molded object as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said inner spatial member includes an outwardly extended peripheral flange for engaging with and for retaining said outer peripheral member to said inner spatial member.
4 . The spatial molded object as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said outer peripheral member is softer than said inner spatial member after said inner spatial member is hardened.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
