Holster with accessories mounting rail

Abstract

A holster with a light rail affixed thereto. The light rail may include a plurality of ridges spaced from one another along a rail axis, the ridges being separated by grooves that are transverse to the rail axis.

       18 . Apparatus comprising: 
 a holster with a light rail affixed thereto, wherein said light rail comprises a plurality of ridges spaced from one another along a rail axis, the ridges being separated by grooves that are transverse to the rail axis; and    a paddle attached to said holster with mounting studs of different sizes and configurations, said mounting studs permitting adjusting said paddle with respect to said holster vertically, horizontally, and rotationally in a plane of said paddle and rotationally out of the plane of said paddle.    
   
   
       19 . The apparatus according to  claim 18 , wherein said paddle and said light rail are mounted on different sides of said holster.  
   
   
       20 . The apparatus according to  claim 18 , wherein said holster includes a casing with a volume adapted for receiving a weapon therein, said volume defining a longitudinal axis, and wherein said light rail is generally parallel to said longitudinal axis.
