Adjustable punching device

Abstract

An adjustable punching device includes a base having a first through hole, a second through hole, a third through hole and a fourth through hole with predetermined separation, a first clamping section and a second clamping section adjacent to the third through hole and the fourth through hole. A fixed knife rack is arranged on each side of the base. The knife for each knife rack is corresponding to the first through hole and the second through hole. A lateral panel is arranged on outer side of the fixed knife rack. A pressing plate is pivotally connected between the lateral panels. A movable knife stage is arranged between two fixed knife racks. The movable knife stage is limited between the first clamping sections and on the second clamping sections. The movable knife rack is corresponding to the third through hole and the fourth through hole. After the hole separation has been adjusted, the pressing plate is pressed to punch holes with fixed separation.

1 . An adjustable punching device, comprising: 
 a base comprising a first through hole and a second through hole on both sides thereof, and a third through hole and a fourth through hole between the first through hole and the second through hole and having different separation, two first clamping sections and two second clamping sections being arranged beside the third through hole and the fourth through hole, two fixed knife racks being arranged on two side of the base, wherein the two fixed knife racks being corresponding to the first through hole and the second through hole, a lateral panel being arranged outside of each of the fixed knife racks;    a movable knife stage pivotally connected to the base and placed between the two fixed knife racks, one side of the movable knife stage being in contact with the one of the first clamping section, a clamping hole on a bottom of the movable knife stage being clamped to one of the second clamping section, the movable knife stage being corresponding to the third through hole or the fourth through hole after the movable knife stage being clamped to the first clamping section and the second clamping section; and    a pressing plate pivotally connected between the two lateral panels and placed atop the two fixed knife racks and the movable knife stage.    
   
   
       2 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein each of the two fixed knife racks comprises a knife corresponding to the first and second through hole, a spring element being provided for the knife.  
   
   
       3 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein a lower cover is provided below the base and comprises an adjustable positioning rod.  
   
   
       4 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein the first clamping section is a block baffling any side of the movable knife stage.  
   
   
       5 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein the second clamping section is a projection positioning at bottom of the movable knife stage.  
   
   
       6 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein each of the two lateral panels comprises a coupling hole.  
   
   
       7 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein the movable knife stage comprises a knife and a spring element is provided for the knife.  
   
   
       8 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein the pressing plate comprises holes on both sides and corresponding to the coupling hole, a pivotal unit passes the holes such that the pressing plate is pivotally connected to the lateral panels.  
   
   
       9 . The adjustable punching device as in  claim 1 , wherein the pressing plate comprises a pressing section for pressing against top of the knifes, where the pressing section has one convex face and a concave face.
