Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat release sheet comprised of an expansive graphite sheet and a reticulated body with bursiform configuration,wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on a surface of said resin layer.

wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on a surface of said resin layer.
2 . A heat release sheet comprising an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one reticulated intermediate disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers,
wherein said reticulated bodies and said reticulated intermediate is comprised of metal wire, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on an outer surface of said resin layer.
3 . A heat release sheet comprising,
an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one metallic foil disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers, wherein plural protrusions are formed on said metallic foil, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on an outer surface of said resin layer.
4 . The heat release sheet described in claim 1 , wherein said expansive graphite sheet and the reticulated body are laminated and combined by metal rolling processing.
5 . The heat release sheet described in claim 2 , wherein said expansive graphite sheet and the reticulated body are laminated and combined by metal rolling processing.
6 . The heat release sheet described in claim 3 , wherein said expansive graphite sheet and the reticulated body are laminated and combined by metal rolling processing.
7 . The heat release sheet described in claim 1 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by knit processing of the metal wire.
8 . The heat release sheet described in claim 2 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by knit processing of the metal wire.
9 . The heat release sheet described in claim 3 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by knit processing of the metal wire.
10 . The heat release sheet described in claim 1 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by weave processing of the metal wire.
11 . The heat release sheet described in claim 2 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by weave processing of the metal wire.
12 . The heat release sheet described in claim 3 , wherein said reticulated body is obtained by weave processing of the metal wire.
13 . The heat release sheet described in claim 2 , wherein plural of said reticulated bodies are laminated on at least one side of said expansive graphite sheet.
14 . The heat release sheet described in claim 3 , wherein plural of said reticulated bodies are laminated on at least one side of said expansive graphite sheet.
15 . The heat release sheet described in claim 1 , wherein said combined expansive graphite sheet and said reticulated body are washed with reduction water.
16 . The heat release sheet described in claim 2 , wherein said combined expansive graphite sheet and said reticulated body are washed with reduction water.
17 . The heat release sheet described in claim 3 , wherein said combined expansive graphite sheet and said reticulated body are washed with reduction water.
18 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
said heat release sheet is comprised of an expansive graphite sheet and a reticulated body with bursiform configuration, wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on a surface of said resin layer.
19 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
said heat release sheet comprises an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one reticulated intermediate disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers, wherein said reticulated bodies and said reticulated intermediate is comprised of metal wire, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on an outer surface of said resin layer.
20 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
said heat release sheet comprises an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one metallic foil disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers wherein plural protrusions are formed on said metallic foil, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on an outer surface of said resin layer.
21 . A heat release sheet comprised of an expansive graphite sheet and a reticulated body with bursiform configuration,
wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration.
22 . A heat release sheet comprising an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one reticulated intermediate disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers,
wherein said reticulated bodies and said reticulated intermediate is comprised of metal wire.
23 . A heat release sheet comprising
an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one metallic foil disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers, wherein plural protrusions are formed on said metallic foil.
24 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
said heat release sheet is comprised of an expansive graphite sheet and a reticulated body with bursiform configuration, wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration.
25 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
said heat release sheet comprises an expansive graphite sheet comprising plural expansive graphite layers, reticulated bodies overlapped on both outer sides of said expansive graphite sheet and at least one reticulated intermediate disposed between said plural expansive graphite layers, wherein said reticulated bodies and said reticulated intermediate is comprised of metal wire.
26 . A heat sink which is obtained by fabricating of a heat release sheet, wherein
