Abstract
A ribbon gun includes a body portion having a trigger mechanism received therein and a magazine can be received in the body portion and ejected by pulling the trigger mechanism. A cover has an opening and an annular flange extends from a side of the cover. The opening is enclosed by the annular flange and a barrel member is connected to the annular flange. A locking member and a lug are connected to the cover. The locking member has an engaging member extending therefrom which is removably engaged with a protrusion on the body portion to secure the cover, and a pivot extends from two sides of the lug so as to be pivotably connected to the body portion.

a body portion having a trigger mechanism received therein and a protrusion extending from a top of the body portion, and a cover pivotably connected to a front end of the body portion, the cover having an opening and an annular flange extending from a side of the cover, the opening being enclosed by the annular flange, a barrel member connected to the annular flange, a locking member connected to the cover and having an engaging member extending therefrom which is removably engaged with the protrusion to secure the cover, a lug extending from the cover and a pivot extending from two sides of the lug, the pivot pivotably connected to the body portion.
2 . The ribbon gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body portion is composed of two halves.
3 . The ribbon gun as claimed in claim 2 , wherein two ends of the pivot are respectively pivotably connected to the two halves.
