Abstract
A slide rail unit for guiding an object to be pulled out, such as drawer, from a body, such as furniture or desk, in which the object is slid ably accommodated includes a body side rail provided for the body, and an object (i.e., drawer) side rail provided for the object to be pulled out to be slidable relative to the body side rail. The body side rail and the object side rail each has a portion bent in a circular-arc shape so that the object is pulled out along a circular-arc locus.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system, comprising:
a drawer; a body in which the drawer is accommodated; a slide rail attached to the drawer and the body, wherein the slide rail guides the drawer to move outward from said body in a circular arc locus.
2 . A system as recited in claim 1 , wherein said slide rail guides the drawer to move outward from said body in a circular arc locus in a horizontal plane.
3 . A system as recited in claim 2 , wherein an open side of the drawer faces laterally when the drawer is moved outward from the body in the circular arc locus in the horizontal plane.
4 . A system as recited in claim 2 , wherein an open side of the drawer faces upward when the drawer is moved outward from the body in the circular arc locus in the horizontal plane.
5 . A system as recited in claim 4 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and an object side rail attached to the drawer, and
the body side rail and the object side rail are bent around an axis parallel to a width direction of said body side rail and object side rail.
6 . A system as recited in claim 4 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and object side rail attached to the drawer, and
the body side rail and the object side rail are bent around an axis perpendicular to a width direction of said body side rail and object side rail.
7 . A system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the slide rail guides the drawer to move outward from said body in a circular arc locus in a vertical plane.
8 . A system as recited in claim 7 , wherein the drawer is in an inclined state relative to horizontal when the drawer is moved out from the body in the circular arc locus in the vertical plane.
9 . A system as recited in claim 7 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and an object side rail attached to the drawer, and
the body side rail and the object side rail are bent around an axis perpendicular to a width direction of the body side rail and the object side rail.
10 . A system as recited in claim 7 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and an object side rail attached to the drawer, and
the body side rail and the object side rail are bent around an axis parallel to a width direction of the body side rail and object side rail.
11 . A system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the drawer includes a panel and the slide rail guides the panel to move outward from the body in a circular arc locus in a vertical plane.
12 . A system as recited in claim 11 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and an object side rail attached to the drawer, and
the body side rail and the object side rail are bent around an axis perpendicular to a width direction of the body side rail and the object side rail.
13 . A system as recited in claim 11 , wherein said panel is positioned in a vertical plane before moving outward from said body, and said panel is positioned in a horizontal state after being moved outward from said body in the circular arc locus in the vertical plane.
14 . A system as recited in claim 1 , wherein the slide rail comprises a body side rail attached to the body and an object side rail attached to the drawer, and
one of the body side rail and the object side rail is bent in a circular arc shape and an other of the body side rail and the object side rail is a linear slide rail.
15 . A system as recited in claim 14 , wherein the slide rail guides the drawer to move outward from said body in a circular arc locus in a vertical plane.
16 . A system as recited in claim 14 , wherein the one of the body side rail and the object side rail is bent in a circular arc shape is around an axis perpendicular to a width direction of the one of the body side rail and the object side rail.
17 . A system as recited in claim 1 , further comprising:
a body side rail attached to the body; an object side rail attached to the drawer and slidable relative to the body side rail; and a retainer interposed between the body side rail and the object side rail to retain a rolling member between the body side rail and the object side rail, the rolling member rolling between the body side rail and the object side rail when the body side rail and the object side rail slide relative to each other, the retainer having a bottom wall section extending in a longitudinal direction of the retainer and having a pair of arm-shaped sections extending upward from respective ends in a width direction of the bottom wall section, wherein one of the body side rail and the object side rail is fitted to an inside portion of an other of the body side rail and the object side rail, such that the one of the body side rail and the object side rail fitted to the inside portion is slidable relative to the other of the body side rail and the object side rail, and wherein at least one of the body side rail and the object side rail has a portion bent in a circular arc shape to guide the object so that the relative sliding of the body side rail and the object side rail guides the object along the circular arc locus outward from the body in which the drawer is accommodated.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
