Claims

Abstract

A ball ejector includes a base, a housing, a ball conveyer, an ejecting frame, and a reduction gear box. Thus, when the ball on the ball track of the housing is pushed by the ball conveyer to reach the trigger of the ejecting frame, the cam of the ejecting frame is driven to trigger and move the elastic plate to hit the ball to eject the ball outwardly from the housing successively so as to perform a successive ball ejecting action. In addition, the ejecting frame is movable upward and downward relative to the housing by rotation of the adjusting threaded rod to adjust the height of the ejecting frame so as to adjust the ball ejecting height and angle of the ejecting frame.

1 . A ball ejector, comprising: 
 a base;    a housing mounted on the base and provided with a ball track;    a ball conveyer mounted in the housing and partially protruded outwardly from a distal end of the ball track of the housing;    an ejecting frame mounted on the housing and located adjacent to the ball conveyer;    a reduction gear box mounted in the housing and connected to the ball conveyer to drive the ball conveyer to rotate in the housing.    
   
   
       2 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the ejecting frame includes a lift member movably mounted in the housing, a first support bracket mounted on the lift member to move therewith, a second support bracket mounted on the lift member to move therewith, an adjusting threaded rod rotatably mounted on the housing and connected to the lift member to move the lift member upward and downward by rotation of the adjusting threaded rod, an elastic plate movably mounted between the first support bracket and the second support bracket, a cam mounted between the first support bracket and the second support bracket and connected to the elastic plate to trigger and move the elastic plate, a trigger movably mounted on the first support bracket and connected to the cam to trigger and move the cam, and a reduction motor mounted on the second support bracket and connected to the trigger and the cam to drive the cam.  
   
   
       3 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the lift member of the ejecting frame has a rectangular shape.  
   
   
       4 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the ejecting frame is height adjustably mounted on the housing.  
   
   
       5 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the ejecting frame further includes a press plate mounted on the adjusting threaded rod and rested on the lift member.  
   
   
       6 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 5 , wherein the adjusting threaded rod is extended through the press plate and screwed into a screw bore of the lift member, so that the lift member is movable upward and downward by rotation of the adjusting threaded rod.  
   
   
       7 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 6 , wherein the ejecting frame is movable upward and downward relative to the housing by rotation of the adjusting threaded rod to adjust the height of the ejecting frame so as to adjust the ball ejecting height and angle of the ejecting frame.  
   
   
       8 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the reduction motor of the ejecting frame has an output shaft connected to the cam.  
   
   
       9 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the adjusting threaded rod is provided with a rotation knob protruded outward from the housing to facilitate a user rotating the adjusting threaded rod.  
   
   
       10 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 2 , wherein the base is provided with a battery box to receive batteries, and the reduction motor of the ejecting frame is electrically connected to the batteries of the base.  
   
   
       11 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the housing has a bottom secured to the base.  
   
   
       12 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the reduction gear box includes two casings combined with each other, a plurality of first reduction gears mounted in the two casings, a motor mounted in the two casings and connected to the first reduction gears to drive the first reduction gears, a press cover mounted on and protruded from one of the two casings, a second reduction gear connected to and driven by the first reduction gears and having an output shaft protruded outwardly from the press cover, and a drive shaft having a first end connected to and driven by the output shaft of the second reduction gear and a second end connected to the ball conveyer to drive and rotate the ball conveyer.  
   
   
       13 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 12 , wherein the second reduction gear is mounted between the press cover and one of the two casings.  
   
   
       14 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 12 , wherein the base is provided with a battery box to receive batteries, and the motor of the reduction gear box is electrically connected to the batteries of the base.  
   
   
       15 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 1 , further comprising an IC (integrated circuit) board mounted in the housing, an indication lamp mounted on the housing and electrically connected to the IC board, and a horn mounted on the housing and electrically connected to the IC board.  
   
   
       16 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 15 , wherein the base is provided with a battery box to receive batteries, and the IC board is electrically connected to the batteries of the base.  
   
   
       17 . The ball ejector in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the ball conveyer has four sides each formed with a concave portion.
