Abstract

A fencing device has at least one first fence and at least one second fence adjacent to the first fence, and at least one positioning device. The first fence has an upper block and a lower block respectively formed at an upper end and a lower end thereof, an upper ear and a lower ear. The upper ear has multiple first skewed surfaces, and each positioning device has a seat having multiple second skewed surfaces. With the interconnection of the first skewed surfaces and the second skewed surfaces, the present invention can be folded or unfolded conveniently.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fencing device comprising:
 at least one first fence each having
 a lower block mounted on a lower end of the first fence and having
 a first cone-shaped chamber defined in an upper end of the lower block,

 an upper block mounted on an upper end of the first fence and having
 a second cone-shaped chamber defined in a lower end of the upper block,

 a lower collar mounted in the lower block and having
 a lower cap mounted around an upper end of the lower collar and mated with the first cone-shaped chamber,

 an upper collar mounted under the upper block and having
 an upper cap mounted around a lower end of the upper collar and mated with the second cone-shaped chamber;

   at least one second fence connected to the at least one first fence and each having
 a lower ear mounted on the lower block of a corresponding first fence and having
 a notch defined in a center of the lower ear,

 an upper ear mounted under the upper block of the corresponding first fence and having
 multiple first skewed surfaces formed in an inner wall of the upper ear and each having
 a first lowermost end, and
 a first uppermost end;

   at least one positioning device mounted between each pair of adjacent first fence and second fence and each comprising
 a seat attached to a corresponding upper ear and having
 a head formed in an upper end of the seat, attached to the corresponding upper ear and having multiple second skewed surfaces formed in an inner wall of the head and each having
 a second lowermost end, and
 a second uppermost end, and

 a coil spring mounted inside the seat; and

 a barrel slidably mounted in the seat and positioned to the notch in a corresponding lower ear via a lower end of the barrel and having
 a slot longitudinally defined in the barrel,
 a plug attached to a top end of the barrel and contacting with the coil spring, and
 a pin inserted into the slot and the seat.

       2 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a symbol is provided on the upper block of each one of the at least one first fence.

       3 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each one of the at least one positioning device further has a washer provided under a corresponding lower block.

       4 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an indicator is provided in the upper ear of each one of the at least one second fence.

       5 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the lower ear of each one of the at least one second fence further has a guiding groove defined in an upper end of the lower ear, extending from an inner wall to an outer wall of the lower ear, and communicating with the notch on the lower ear.

       6 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a mark is provided in the seat of each one of the at least one positioning device.

       7 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein multiple first even-spaced stripes are longitudinally provided in an inner wall of the lower collar of each one of the at least one first fence and multiple second even-spaced stripes are longitudinally provided in an inner wall of the upper collar of each one of the at least one first fence, and multiple evenly-spaced slots are longitudinally defined in an inner wall of the upper ear and the lower ear of each one of the at least one second fence and the slots are respectively mated with the first even-spaced stripes and the second even-spaced stripes of on corresponding upper and lower collars.

       8 . The fencing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the upper block of each one of the at least one first fence has multiple even-spaced teeth formed on an inner wall of the upper block, and the upper ear of each one of the at least one second fence is mounted with a corresponding upper collar and has multiple teeth engaging with the teeth on the corresponding upper collar to securely connect the upper block to the upper ear.
