Soundproof panel for impact sound insulation
Abstract
A soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation is disclosed, which is able to resolve an inter-floor noise by providing a soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation which has an excellent impact sound absorption performance. The soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation comprises a lower panel which is made of a porous material; a hexagonal soundproof material which is adhered to an upper surface of the lower panel, with hexagonal holes having different sizes passing through the hexagonal soundproof material; and an upper panel which is adhered to an upper surface of the hexagonal soundproof material and is made of an expandable polymer material.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A soundproof panel for an impact sound insulation, comprising:
a lower panel which is made of a porous material; a hexagonal soundproof material which is adhered to an upper surface of the lower panel, with hexagonal holes having different sizes passing through the hexagonal soundproof material; and an upper panel which is adhered to an upper surface of the hexagonal soundproof material and is made of an expandable polymer material.
2 . The panel of claim 1 , wherein said hexagonal soundproof material is formed of hexagonal holes having different sixes of 5 mm through 10 mm.
3 . The panel of claim 1 , wherein said porous material of the lower panel is made of an expanded vermiculite.
4 . The panel of claim 1 , wherein said expandable polymer material of the upper panel is made of at least one material selected from the group consisting of expandable polystyrene, polyethylene, expandable polypropylene and ethylene vinyl acetate.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
