Abstract
The panes supporting device ( 3 ) for pane treatment, is intended to form screens of communication for communication equipment, such as, for example, cell phones or computer screens. It consists of a horizontal axis ( 1 ) intended to uphold a pane ( 3 ) during its soaking in a treating solution, which axis ( 1 ), on one hand, carries hanging supporting means ( 2 ) of the pane ( 3 ) and, on the other hand, supporting means ( 4 ) preventing the aforementioned pane ( 3 ) to sway and to tilt.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 ) The pane supporting device for pane treatment ( 3 ) intended to form screens of communication of communication equipment, such as, for example, cell phones or computer screens, is characterized by the fact that it consists of a horizontal axis ( 1 ) intended to uphold the pane ( 3 ) during its soaking in a treating solution, which axis ( 1 ), on one hand, carries hanging supporting means ( 2 ) of the pane ( 3 ) and, on the other hand, supporting means ( 4 ) preventing the aforementioned pane ( 3 ) to sway and to bend.
2 ) According to claim 1 , the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is characterized by the axis ( 1 ) of pane ( 3 ), which, on one hand, includes central support ( 2 ) consisting of supporting means ( 22 , 23 , 24 ) allowing to strictly tighten one of the edges ( 30 ) of the pane ( 3 ) at the level of its middle axis for its hanging support and, on the other hand, two side supports ( 4 ) consisting of pinching means ( 40 , 41 ) of the aforementioned upper edge ( 30 ) of the pane ( 3 ) which purpose is to prevent swaying of the pane ( 3 ) and its bending while allowing it to expand.
3 ) According to claim 2 , the characteristic of the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that the central support ( 2 ) includes a plane surface ( 20 ) and a supporting roller ( 24 ) allowing to strictly tightening the middle part of upper edge ( 30 ) of the pane ( 3 ) against the aforementioned plane surface ( 20 ), which roller ( 24 ), placed in a casing comprising an elastic means ( 22 ) and applying recall force to the roller ( 24 ) perpendicular to the aforementioned plane
surface ( 20 ) so that it allows the pinching to the aforementioned upper edge ( 30 ).
4 ) According to claim 3 , the characteristic of the pane supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that the central support ( 2 ) consists of a piece of metal plate ( 20 ) which longitudinal sides ( 21 ) are folded in U shape and cut at one of the ends so that each of them forms a wing ( 22 ) folded back towards the interior to define the plane surface ( 23 ) of the piece ( 20 ) of the aforementioned central support ( 2 ) in casing ( 22 ′) for the roller ( 24 ).
5 ) According to claim 4 , the characteristic of the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that the central support ( 2 ) includes means ( 22 ) which in case where the pane ( 3 ) undergoes tensile stress toward the bottom, increasing the tightening force of the roller ( 24 ) in ways to prevent the slipping of the aforementioned pane ( 3 ).
6 ) According to claim 5 , the characteristic of the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that casing ( 22 ′) where the upholding roller ( 24 ) and the elastic means ( 22 ) is adapted to allow a vertical mobility to the aforementioned roller ( 24 ) enabling it in case where the pane ( 3 ) undergoes tensile force towards the bottom, to follow the aforementioned pane ( 3 ) while increasing the tightening pressure due to that elastic means ( 22 ).
7 ) According to claim 6 , the characteristic of the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that casing ( 22 ′) is adapted to allow a slipping of the roller ( 24 ) in the aforementioned casing parallel to the longitudinal axis ( 25 ) of the central support ( 2 ), and the wings ( 22 ) are tilted to form an elastic slope ( 26 ) allowing the increase of tightening pressure of the roller ( 24 ) when it is moved towards the lower end of the aforementioned wings ( 22 ).
8 ) According to 7 , the characteristic of the supporting device of pane ( 3 ) is that the side support ( 4 ) includes a plane part ( 40 ) against which the upper edge ( 30 ) of the pane ( 3 ) is stuck to by means of a spring peculiarly looking more as a metal rod ( 41 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
