Abstract
The object of the present invention is to provide a nucleic acid purification method and purification apparatus characterized by high washing efficiency where contamination does not occur and liquid does not remain in the nozzle tip. The present invention provides a tip containing the solid phase capturing a nucleic acid characterized in that washing solution is fed into said tip unidirectionally from head to end.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 11 . (canceled)
12 . A nucleic acid purification method, comprising the steps of:
providing a tip incorporating a solid phase being capable of absorbing nucleic acid, said tip having a first opening and a second opening; bringing a sample containing a nucleic acid into contact with said solid phase to make said solid phase absorb a nucleic acid; supplying a washing solution from said first opening and draining said washing solution through said second opening to wash said solid phase on which said nucleic acid is absorbed; and supplying air from said first opening and exhausting said air through said second opening to give an air blast to said washed solid phase.
13 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 12 , wherein said washing solution includes ethanol.
14 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 12 , wherein said air is supplied into said tip by a syringe pump.
15 . A nucleic acid purification method, comprising the steps of:
providing a cylindrical member incorporating a solid phase being capable of absorbing nucleic acid, said tip having a first opening and a second opening; bringing a sample containing a nucleic acid into contact with said solid phase to make said solid phase absorb a nucleic acid; supplying a washing solution from said first opening and draining said washing solution through said second opening to wash said solid phase on which said nucleic acid is absorbed; and supplying air from said first opening and exhausting said air through said second opening to give an air blast to said washed solid phase.
16 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 15 , wherein said washing solution includes ethanol.
17 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 15 , wherein said air is supplied into said cylindrical member by a syringe pump.
18 . A nucleic acid purification method, comprising the steps of:
providing a nucleic acid purification means incorporating a solid phase being capable of absorbing nucleic acid, said tip having a first opening and a second opening; bringing a sample containing a nucleic acid into contact with said solid phase to make said solid phase absorb a nucleic acid; supplying a washing solution from said first opening and draining said washing solution through said second opening to wash said solid phase on which said nucleic acid is absorbed; and supplying air from said first opening and exhausting said air through said second opening to give an air blast to said washed solid phase.
19 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 18 , wherein said washing solution includes ethanol.
20 . The nucleic acid purification method according to claim 18 , wherein said air is supplied into said nucleic acid purification means by a syringe pump.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
