Abstract
An air ventilator for a helmet that can enhance the assemblability and stability by improving the assembly structure of the air duct assembled to the top of the helmet, is disclosed. The air ventilator comprises an air duct 20, a guide rail 40, and a slider 50. The air duct 20 is assembled on the top surface of the helmet 1 so as to cover around a plurality of air ventilation holes 1 a. The guide rail 40 has both sides bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the edge of the width to form first flanges 41. The slider 50 has both sides bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the center of the width to form second flanges 51 and slidably mount on the guide rail 40 in close contact with the bottom of the air duct 20.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An air ventilator for a helmet comprising:
an air duct which is assembled on the top surface of the helmet so as to cover around a plurality of air ventilation holes communicating the inside and outside of the helmet; a guide rail in which both sides are bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the edge of the width at a predetermined distance so as to form predetermined projection portions and also first flanges with a predetermined width are formed on the edges and fixed on the surface of said helmet in close contact; and a slider in which both sides are bent upward widthwise and bent again in the direction of the center of the width at a predetermined distance so as to form predetermined projection portions and also second flanges with a predetermined width are formed on the edges, and are slidably assembled on said guide rail in close contact with the bottom of said air duct.
2 . The ventilator according to claim 1 wherein the first flanges of said guide rail have a narrowed width toward one end in a longitudinal direction.
3 . The ventilator according to claim 1 wherein said guide rail is attached to the surface of said helmet by double-sided tape, and a screw hole is formed in the center of said guide rail, so that the guide rail is screwed to said helmet by a screw inserted into a screw hole.
4 . The ventilator according to claim 1 wherein a through hole is formed in the center of said slider, and a fixed protuberance having a predetermined length which is inserted into a through hole is formed on the bottom of said air duct, and a push waster is inserted onto the end of said fixed protuberance that is protruded through said through hole.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
