Portable music player and photographic image commercial transactions system
Abstract
An image commercial transactions system and method that are able to implement the sales to the purpose of the seller. An e-commerce system for selling a picture and a handling condition specific to the picture, both being recorded on a predetermined recording medium in a predetermined format. The picture to be sold and the handling condition are accepted by an acceptor in a digital format. When a transaction is established, an accounting company carries out an accounting electronically for a purchaser of the data of the picture and the e-commerce condition, thereby both the picture to be sold and the handling condition are sold as digital data so that the purchased picture is used in a handling manner as intended by the seller. Consequently, the selling of the picture can be made so as to satisfy the intention of the seller.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An image commercial transaction system comprising:
a hard-disc apparatus for receiving a compressed music content data, a music content title and a photographic music content image for storage in a hard-disc in the apparatus, and for displaying a program table related to the music content data; and a portable player including a memory for playing the stored music content data and for displaying the music content title and the photographic music content image at a display in the portable player while the music content is being played, wherein the hard-disc apparatus records from the hard-disc into the memory the compressed music content data, the music content title and the photographic music content image that are designated by a user via the program table.
2 . The image commercial transaction system according to claim 1 , wherein said hard-disc apparatus further receives duplicate limitation information and records the compressed music content data into the memory under control of the duplicate limitation information.
3 . The image commercial transaction system according to claim 2 , wherein said hard-disc apparatus further receives a category code related to the music content.
4 . The image commercial transaction system according to claim 1 , wherein said hard-disc apparatus displays the program table on a monitor and reproduces a music content and a photographic image designated by a user via the program table.

The image commercial transaction system according to claim 1 , wherein the hard-disc apparatus further receives duplicate limitation information and billing information and wherein the hard-disc apparatus records the compressed music content data into the memory under control of the duplicate limitation information.
6 . An image commercial transaction method comprising:
a first step of receiving compressed music content data, a music content title and a photographic music content image, for storage in a hard-disc apparatus; a second step of storing the compressed music content data, the music content title and the photographic music content image into a hard-disc in the hard-disc apparatus; a third step of displaying a program table corresponding to the compressed music content data; a fourth step of recording from the hard-disc into a memory the content data, the music content title and the photographic music content image designated by a user using the program table; and a fifth step of reproducing the music content data from the memory in a portable music player and simultaneously displaying the music content title and the photographic music content image while the music content is being reproduced.
7 . The image commercial transaction method according to claim 6 further comprising a step of receiving duplicate limitation information, wherein in said fourth step the music content data is recorded into the memory under control of the duplicate limitation information.
