Abstract

A liquid beverage dispensing system having a specialized sealed container and a tube which extends from a top of the container and terminates just before the floor of the container. The tube has a one way valve that allows liquid to come up and out of the container when the valve is opened. Before the valve is opened the liquid may be a carbonated liquid under pressure. Then the valve opens upon the user's action, such as, sucking or squeezing the nipple. When the valve is opened the pressure inside of the container exerted by rising or trapped air bubbles exerts a downward force on the liquid below. The downward force thereby pushes the liquid below into and up the tube and into the user's mouth. The one way valve having unique form characteristics to permit this operation and permit other operations.

1 . A pressurized liquid dispensing system for regulating the release of a pressurized liquid from a container comprising:
 a. a specialized container including a liquid passage and a mouth, the mouth having a top opening and the container being hermetically sealed;   b. a cap being provided and adapted to be fitted to the top opening of said mouth;   c. a container tube running along the length of said container, the container tube being held vertically by horizontal support arms, said container tube including flaps extending outward for placement of the bottom portion of opening-tube into the container-tube when said cap is lowered; and   d. a cylindrical nipple having a automatic close loaded one way valve, the one way valve retaining pressurized liquid in the container,   e. said nipple further including a nipple head jutting out of the cap on the top and an opening tube at the bottom, said opening tube being inserted in said flaps of said container tube.   
   
   
       2 . The pressurized liquid dispensing system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the container tube is a single piece tube extending through said bottom of said nipple vertically up to the bottom of said container 
   
   
       3 . The pressurized liquid dispensing system as claimed in  claim 2 , further comprising a disk-operated valve to control the flow of the pressurized liquid inside said container through said nipple. 
   
   
       4 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein said container is in any orientation. 
   
   
       5 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the internal pressure or vacuum of the container. 
   
   
       6 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the release of dangerously high internal pressure. 
   
   
       7 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the internal pressure on a liquid portion of the contents of the container. 
   
   
       8 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the exit flow of contents from said container. 
   
   
       9 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the liquid-to-gas ratio of contents exiting said container. 
   
   
       10 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  wherein the container comprises harnessing means for harnessing energy from contents flowing through the tube. 
   
   
       11 . The container as claimed in  claim 3  further comprising
 a cap;   a mouth;   internal pressure regulating means;   exit means;   liquid-gas ratio regulating means harnessing means;   and combinations thereof.   
   
   
       12 . The container as claimed in  claim 11  wherein said combination thereof are detachable and reattach able to each other. 
   
   
       13 . A container comprising:
 a. pressurized contents,   b. flow regulating means for regulating the flow of contents from a bottom portion of the container to a release area of the container,   a. first regulating means including closing means for hermetically sealing and retaining the contents held within the container, and opening means for releasing the contents held within the container,   c. where for direct human consumption.   
   
   
       14 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein said container is in any orientation. 
   
   
       15 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the internal pressure or vacuum of the container. 
   
   
       16 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the release of dangerously high internal pressure. 
   
   
       17 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the internal pressure on a liquid portion of the contents of the container. 
   
   
       18 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the exit flow of contents from said container. 
   
   
       19 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises regulating means for regulating the liquid-to-gas ratio of contents exiting said container. 
   
   
       20 . The container as claimed in  claim 13  wherein the container comprises harnessing means for harnessing energy from contents flowing through the tube.
