Abstract
The present invention provides a cap suitable for injection devices having an exchangeable needle assembly, which serves as a mounting/demounting tool of the said needle assembly.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
2 . An injection device comprising a cap according to any one of claims 1 , or 5 to 12 .
3 . An exchangeable needle assembly having the geometry of a hexagonal, or multi-edged screw or bolt, and which fits to the receiving bore of the cap according to any one of claims 1 , or 5 to 12 .
4 . A kit comprising a cap according to any one of claims 1 , or 5 to 12 , an exchangeable needle assembly having the geometry of a hexagonal or multi-edged screw or bolt that fits to the receiving bore of the cap, an injection device, or a combination thereof.
5 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein said cap has a clip with an opening in the shape of a spanner comprising a ring of rubber which fits form- and force-locking with the needle assembly, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
6 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein said cap has a flexible clip with an opening in the shape of a ring spanner, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
7 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein said cap has a flexible clip with an opening in the shape a spanner comprising a partial ring of rubber, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
8 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein the front side of the cap comprises the receiving bore designed as and having the function of a box spanner, and in which the receiving bore is hexagonally designed, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
9 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein the front side of the cap comprises the receiving bore designed as and having the function of a box spanner, and wherein the receiving bore is designed like a ring spanner, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
10 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein said cap has the receiving bore on the front side of said cap, and wherein the receiving bore forms a form- and force-locking attachment of the cap, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
11 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein said cap has the receiving bore on the front side of said cap, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
12 . A cap for an injection device, wherein said injection device comprises an exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein said cap can be fixed on the device in order to cover the said exchangeable needle assembly, and wherein the said cap comprises a receiving bore, characterized in that, the said cap having the receiving bore receives the said needle assembly and wherein the receiving bore of said cap is on an elongation on the distal end of the cap, and wherein the said cap may be used as a tool for mounting and demounting the said needle assembly.
13 . A cap according to claim 12 wherein said receiving bore on said elongation is designed as a hexagonal ring spanner.
14 . A cap according to claim 12 wherein said receiving bore on said elongation is designed as a spanner comprising a ring of rubber.
15 . A cap according to claim 12 wherein said receiving bore on said elongation is designed as a ring spanner.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
