Abstract

A pressure control valve includes a sleeve on which an input port, an output port, and drain ports are formed; and a linear solenoid portion for generating thrust. The pressure control valve further includes a first spool, which advances and retreats within the sleeve, for receiving the thrust, regulating input pressure input to the input port, and outputting the regulated output pressure from the output port; and a second spool, which advances and retreats within the sleeve, for receiving the thrust, and selectively applying output pressure to the first spool. The output pressure is selectively applied to the first spool, thereby doing away with the need for a control valve or the like. This simplifies the oil pressure circuit for generating control pressure, and allows control pressure to be generated in a stable manner, and the size of the pressure control valve to be reduced.

1 . A pressure control valve comprising: 
 a sleeve in which an input port, an output port, and a drain port are formed; and    a linear solenoid portion which generates thrust;    said sleeve includes, 
 a first spool, which is disposed within said sleeve so as to advance and retreat, and which receives a transmission of said thrust, regulates an input pressure that is input to said input port and outputs an output pressure from the output port, and  
 a second spool, which is disposed within said sleeve so as to advance and retreat, and which receives a transmission of said thrust and applies said output pressure as a feedback pressure on the first spool.  
   
   
   
       2 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 1 , said linear solenoid portion further comprising a current-supplied portion for receiving a supply of current and generating thrust; and a moving portion which is moved by said thrust.  
   
   
       3 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 2 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the second spool, and transmitted to the first spool by way of the second spool and a pressing member for pressing the second spool toward a side opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       4 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 3 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.  
   
   
       5 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 4 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       6 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 5 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       7 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 6 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       8 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 3 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       9 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 8 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       10 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 9 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on a side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       11 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 2 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the first spool.  
   
   
       12 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 11 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.  
   
   
       13 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 12 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       14 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 13 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       15 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 2 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.  
   
   
       16 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 15 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       17 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 16 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       18 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 17 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       19 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 2 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       20 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 19 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       21 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 20 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed on the opposite side of the linear solenoid portion in said sleeve, and on the inside of said pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       22 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 2 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.  
   
   
       23 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 22 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       24 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 23 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed on the opposite side of the linear solenoid portion in said sleeve, and on the inside of said pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       25 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 1 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the second spool, and transmitted to the first spool by way of the second spool and a pressing member for pressing the second spool toward an opposite side of said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       26 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 25 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.  
   
   
       27 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 26 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       28 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 27 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 28 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       30 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 25 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       31 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 30 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       32 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 31 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       33 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 1 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.  
   
   
       34 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 33 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       35 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 34 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 35 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       37 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 1 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       38 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 37 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       39 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 38 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       40 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 1 , wherein said second spool is disposed on the inside of said first spool in a radial direction, and the first and second spools are disposed so as to move relative to each other.  
   
   
       41 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 40 , wherein a feedback pressure acting portion for applying feedback pressure on the first spool is formed on said sleeve, and a feedback oil channel formed between said first and second spools communicates with said feedback pressure acting portion.  
   
   
       42 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 41 , wherein the relative position of said first and second spools is changed by said linear solenoid portion changing said thrust, and a communicating state of the feedback oil channel is switched.  
   
   
       43 . A pressure control valve comprising: 
 a sleeve on which an input port, an output port, and a drain port are formed; and    a linear solenoid portion which generates thrust;    said sleeve includes, 
 a first spool, which is disposed within said sleeve so as to advance and retreat, and which receives transmission of said thrust, regulates an input pressure input to said input port and outputs an output pressure from the output port, and  
 a second spool, which is disposed within said sleeve so as to advance and retreat, with a position relative to said first spool being changed, and apply said output pressure as a feedback pressure on the first spool.  
   
   
   
       44 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 43 , said linear solenoid portion further comprising a current-supplied portion for receiving a supply of current and generating thrust; and a moving portion which is moved by said thrust.  
   
   
       45 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 44 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the second spool, and transmitted to the first spool by way of the second spool and a pressing member for pressing the second spool toward a side opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       46 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 45 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.  
   
   
       47 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 46 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       48 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 47 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       49 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 48 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       50 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 45 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, and feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.  
   
   
       51 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 50 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 51 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on a side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       53 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 44 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the first spool.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 53 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 54 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 55 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       57 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 44 , wherein said second spool has a symmetrical shape in an axial direction.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 57 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 58 , wherein a first pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 59 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed in said sleeve on the side opposite the linear solenoid portion, and on the inside of said first pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 44 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a pressing force caused by the pressing member, and a feedback force caused by said thrust and said feedback pressure, oppose one another.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 61 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 44 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 64 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 65 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed on the opposite side of the linear solenoid portion in said sleeve, and on the inside of said pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       67 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 43 , wherein said thrust is directly transmitted from said moving portion to the first spool.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 67 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 68 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.

A pressure control valve according to  claim 69 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed on the opposite side of the linear solenoid portion in said sleeve, and on the inside of said pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       71 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 43 , further comprising a pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion, wherein a feedback force caused by a pressing force of the pressing member and said feedback pressure, and said thrust, oppose one another.  
   
   
       72 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 71 , wherein a pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by the pressing member for pressing said first spool toward said linear solenoid portion is disposed at a side of the sleeve opposite said linear solenoid portion.  
   
   
       73 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 72 , wherein another pressing member is disposed between said first and second spools, and another pressing force adjustment member for adjusting a pressing force caused by said another pressing member is disposed on the opposite side of the linear solenoid portion in said sleeve, and on the inside of said pressing force adjustment member in the radial direction.  
   
   
       74 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 43 , wherein said second spool is disposed on the inside of said first spool in a radial direction, and the first and second spools are disposed so as to move relative to each other.  
   
   
       75 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 74 , wherein a feedback pressure acting portion for applying feedback pressure on the first spool is formed on said sleeve, and a feedback oil channel formed between said first and second spools communicates with said feedback pressure acting portion.  
   
   
       76 . A pressure control valve according to  claim 75 , wherein the relative position of said first and second spools is changed by said linear solenoid portion changing said thrust, and a communicating state of the feedback oil channel is switched.
