. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 1 wherein each of the brackets comprises a sleeve fit on related one of the posts.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 1 wherein the posts are telescopic.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 6 wherein each of the posts comprises a lower tube installed on the base and an upper tube for supporting the major beam.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 7 wherein each of the brackets comprises a sleeve fit on the lower tube.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 8 wherein the sleeve defines a large aperture for receiving the lower tube, a small aperture for receiving the upper tube and a shoulder between the apertures so as to rest on the lower tube.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 5 wherein each of the brackets comprises a pocket formed on the sleeve so as to receive related one of the anchors.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 10 wherein each of the pockets comprises a shackle formed thereon for retaining the related anchor therein.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 11 wherein the shackle comprises a member for restraining the related anchor. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 11 wherein the shackle comprises two parallel members for restraining the related anchor.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 11 wherein the shackle is U-shaped for restraining the related anchor.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 11 wherein each of the anchors comprises a reduced neck restrained in related one of the shackles.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 14 wherein each of the anchors comprises a head near the neck.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 15 wherein the head includes a circular configuration.

. The clothes-hanging device according to claim 15 wherein the head includes a square configuration.
