a head-covering portion for being worn on a head of a wearer; a visor portion combined to the head-covering portion; and a sweatband combined to an interior side of the head-covering portion, wherein the sweatband comprises a sweat absorbing member for absorbing sweat, a cover for covering the sweat absorbing member, and a bonding portion for combining the cover and the sweat absorbing member by bonding.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the cover is provided with a protecting member disposed at an interior side of the cover for maintaining the shape of the sweatband.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the bonding portion is combined by ultrasonic bonding or thermal bonding.
. The headwear of claim 2 , wherein the protecting member is adhered together with the cover and the sweat absorbing member.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein a fabric panel of the cover is formed of polyester synthetic fiber.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein an interior side of the fabric panel of the cover is provided with a synthetic resin coating layer.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the sweat absorbing member is formed of a cushion member having elasticity.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the bonding portion is consecutively disposed along a length direction of the sweatband.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the bonding portion is disposed along a length direction of the sweatband at a given interval.
. The headwear of claim 1 , wherein the sweatband has stretchability.
. A sweatband provided at an interior side of headwear, the sweatband comprising:
a sweat absorbing member for absorbing sweat; a cover for partially covering the sweat absorbing member; and a bonding portion for combining the cover and the sweat absorbing member by bonding.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the cover is provided with a protecting member disposed at an interior side of the cover for maintaining the shape of the sweatband.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the bonding portion is formed by ultrasonic bonding or thermal bonding.
. The sweatband of claim 12 , wherein the protecting member is adhered together with the cover and the sweat absorbing member.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein a synthetic resin coating layer is provided at an interior side of a fabric panel of the cover.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the sweat absorbing member is formed of a cushion member having elasticity.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the bonding portion is consecutively disposed along a length direction of the sweatband.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the bonding portion is disposed along a length direction of the sweatband at a given interval.
. The sweatband of claim 11 , wherein the sweatband has stretchability.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
