Abstract

A cosmetics case comprising an inside body 10 which filled with cosmetics liquid, is pushed to a cone type resilient member 25 and opened the inside hole 23 then, cosmetics liquid are ejected through the ejecting guide opening 30 to the brush 33 and by expanding power of the cone type resilient member 25 and spring power of the spring 16 formed insert to the peripherals of the perpendicular rod 18 , the inside body 10 is returns down, simultaneously; the inside hole 23 is closed to shut down by the closing ring 17 which formed on the top of the perpendicular rod 18 , and close the eject of the cosmetics liquids, thus freely open and close of the ejecting of cosmetic liquids by the cone type resilient member 25 formed on the jointing member 22 , and easy to assemble and disjoint of the inside body 10 and jointing member 22 , available to refill of the cosmetic liquids when evacuate the cosmetics liquids by remove open the inside body 10.

 a spring  16  is inserted and positioned on the upper portion of the support member  15  having a through hole  14 , a perpendicular rod body  13  having a perpendicular rod  18 , which has a closing jaw ring  17  is position on the inside body  10 ;   the said perpendicular rod body  13  is positioned on the upper portion of the inside body  10 , the perpendicular rod  18  is insert in the inside hole  23 , the inserting member  24  with formed the inside hole  23 , is connected to the cone type resilient member  25  and jointed on the medium body  20  with joint member  22 ;   the ejecting guide  30  having multiple eject opening  31  which mounted the brush  33  which filled with moisture body  34  on the inserting member  24  which formed the medium body  20 ;   the inside body  10 , the medium body  20  and the ejecting guide  30  are jointed and mounted on the brush body insert  42  and cap insert member are installed on the outside body  40 ;   a comb body  50  having comb  51 , is insert jointed on the comb body inserting member  42  and, the cap  60  is jointed on the cap insert  43 .
