Snowman kit and a method for decorating and constructing a snowman

Abstract

A snowman kit assembly 10 which includes colored applicators, such as applicators 110, 112, and 114 which allow colored material to be selectively and dynamically created and applied to a snowman or snowman structure 208, thereby allowing one or more designs to be placed upon the snowman or snowman structure 208 in a selective unicolor or multicolor manner, thereby creating an aesthetically pleasing overall appearance.

1 . A snowman kit comprising a plurality of color agents; a scarf; a hat; and a pair of substantially identical arms. 
   
   
       2 . The snowman kit of  claim 1  wherein said coloring agents comprise liquid coloring agents. 
   
   
       3 . The snowman kit of  claim 1  wherein said coloring agents comprise powder coloring agents. 
   
   
       4 . The snowman kit of  claim 1  wherein said coloring agents comprise aerosol based coloring agents. 
   
   
       5 . The snowman kit of  claim 2  wherein said liquid coloring agents reside within tubes. 
   
   
       6 . The snowman kit of  claim 1  further comprising a bag into which said plurality of coloring agents, said scarf, said hat and said pair of substantially identical arms removably reside. 
   
   
       7 . A method for decorating a snowman comprising the steps of providing a plurality of selectively mixable colored applicants; mixing at least some of selectively mixable colored applicants, thereby forming a desired colored applicant; applying said desired color applicant to said snowman; providing a hat; placing said hat upon said snowman; providing two arms; applying said two arms to said snowman; providing a scarf; and applying said scarf to said snowman. 
   
   
       8 . The method of  claim 7  wherein said plurality of selectively mixable colored agents comprise a green colored agent; a red colored agent; and a yellow colored agent. 
   
   
       9 . The method of  claim 8  wherein each of said selectively mixable colored agents comprise food coloring agents. 
   
   
       10 . The method of  claim 9  wherein each of said food colori ng agents comprises a liquefied mixture. 
   
   
       11 . A method for decorating a snowman comprising the steps of dynamically creating a first prepared applicant of a desired color by dynamically and selectively mixing a first and a second pre-packaged applicant having a respective and unique color; applying said dynamically created first prepared applicant to said snowman; dynamically creating a second prepared applicant of a second desired color by dynamically and selectively mixing a third and a fourth pre-packaged applicant having a respective and unique color; and applying said dynamically created second prepared applicant to said snowman. 
   
   
       12 . The method of  claim 11  wherein said first and second pre-packaged applicant comprises food coloring. 
   
   
       13 . The method of  claim 11  wherein step of selectively mixing said first and second pre-packaged applicants comprises the step of obtaining water; placing a certain amount of said first pre-packaged applicant in said obtained water; placing a second certain amount of said second pre-packaged applicant in said obtained water; and mixing said obtained water. 
   
   
       14 . The method of  claim 13  further comprising the steps of viewing the color of said obtained water; and placing a second certain amount of said second pre-packaged applicant into said previously mixed water until a desired color is obtained. 
   
   
       15 . A method for creating a snowman comprising the steps of creating a first ball of snow; creating a second ball of snow; placing said second created ball of snow onto said first created ball of snow; dynamically creating a coloring agent, and applying said dynamically created coloring agent upon one of said two balls of snow.
