Abstract
A blower includes a fan blade assembly. The fan blade assembly includes a cylinder, fan blades, and damping ribs. The fan blades are fixed by an upper ring, a lower outer ring, and a lower inner ring. The cylinder is surrounded by the fan blades and coupled to the lower inner ring. The damping ribs are set between each two adjacent fan blades for enhancing structural integrity of the fan blade assembly thereby acting as a vibration damper of the fan blades when the blower operates at high-speed.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A blower comprising:
a fan blade assembly, the fan blade assembly comprising: fan blades fixed by an upper ring, a lower outer ring, and a lower inner ring; a cylinder surrounded by the fan blades and coupled to the lower inner ring; and damping ribs set between each two adjacent fan blades for enhancing structural integrity of the fan blade assembly thereby acting as a vibration damper of the fan blades when the blower operates at high-speed.
2 . The blower as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a scroll housing, and a stator secured on a bottom panel of the scroll housing.
3 . The blower as claimed in claim 2 , further comprising a rotor rotatably mounted around the stator.
4 . The blower as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the cylinder is fixed with the rotor.
5 . A blower comprising:
a fan blade assembly, the fan blade assembly comprising: fan blades being annularly arrayed, the fan blades fixed by an upper fixity and a lower fixity; a cylinder surrounded by the fan blades and coupled to the lower fixity; and damping ribs set between each two adjacent fan blades for enhancing structural integrity of the fan blade assembly thereby acting as a vibration damper of the fan blades when the blower operates at high-speed.
6 . The blower as claimed in claim 5 , further comprising a scroll housing, and a stator secured on a bottom panel of the scroll housing.
7 . The blower as claimed in claim 6 , further comprising a rotor rotatably mounted around the stator.
8 . The blower as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the cylinder is fixed with the rotor.
9 . The blower as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the upper fixity is an annular ring connecting each of the fan blades.
10 . The blower as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the lower fixity is a lower outer ring and a lower inner ring fixing the fan blades.
11 . A blower comprising:
a housing with a stator secured therein; a rotor rotatably mounted around the stator; and a fan blade assembly comprising a cylinder fixed to and surrounding the rotor, a plurality of spaced fan blades arranged along a circumferential face which surrounds and spaces the cylinder, an upper ring connecting with an upper end of the fan blade, a lower outer ring connecting with one side of a lower end of the fan blade, a lower inner ring interconnecting an opposite side of the lower end of the fan blade with the cylinder, and damping ribs connected between adjacent two fan blades for enhancing structural integrity of the fan blade assembly.
12 . The blower as claimed in claim 11 , wherein adjacent two damping ribs are separated from each other by one of the fan blades.
13 . The blower as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the damping ribs are arranged at a circle concentric with the cylinder.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
