Abstract
This creation is related to safety toe cap for work shoes, especially related to a kind of multi-axial weaving angle, multi-dimensional structure and capable of increasing strength for work shoes with safety toe cap base material structure.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A kind of work shoes safety toe cap structure, it includes at least 3˜5 layers of fiber layers comprised by pressing. And, each of these fiber layers is formed by molding materials using strengthen fiber glass or thermoplastics resin filament weaving at four kinds of different angles. To provide a kind of multi-axial and multi-dimensional structure safety toe cap base material structure, results in better strengthen effect and safety.
2 . In accordance with the scope of pattern application described in Item 1 a kind of work shoes safety toe cap base structure in which filament comprising each of such fiber layers have four kinds of different angles. Including a first filament arrange in parallel order at 0 degree horizontal direction, a second filament presented 90 degree order to the first filament. Each of such second filament are weaving by way of one up one down arrangement winding through each of such first filament. And, a third filament is arranged in 45 degree order with first and second filament respectively. During weaving one filament is positioned above first and second filament, another filament is positioned below first and second filament arrange at cross overlapping position between first and second filament. The fourth filament is similarly by having 45 degree angle to each of the first filament and second filament, and is cross perpendicular with the third filament. During weaving one filament is similarly positioned above the first and second filament, and another filament is positioned below first and second filament, arrange at cross overlapping position between first and second filament, moreover during weaving it winding through the third filament.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
