Spray head
Abstract
A spray head includes a cap with an output and an insertion tube is in communication with the output. The cap is movably connected to a cylindrical member with a spring connected therebetween. The cylindrical member is connected with a main body and a suction tube connected to the main body is inserted into a container. An axle is connected to the cap and an end of the axle is moved to seal a mediate hole in the main body when pushing the cap to squeeze air in the cap and the insertion tube. When the cap is released, the second section of the axle is removed from the mediate hole and the liquid in the container is sucked into the insertion tube and can be squeezed out from the output.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A spray head comprising:
a cap having an output and an insertion tube which is in communication with the output; a cylindrical member having a recess defined in a first end thereof and the cap movably engaged with the recess, an inner tube located at a center of the cylindrical member and a connection plate connected between the inner tube and an inner periphery of the cylindrical member, the insertion tube movably inserted into the inner tube and a spring mounted to the insertion tube and the inner tube, the spring biased between an inside of the cap and the connection plate of the cylindrical member; a seal member connected to an end of the insertion tube from a second end of the cylindrical member, the seal member snuggly engaged with an inner periphery of the inner tube and having a central hole; an axle having a first section inserted into the insertion tube from the second end of the cylindrical member and fixed to the cap, a flange extending radially from the axle and a groove defined in a top surface thereof, a distal end of the seal member removably engaged with the groove, a second section of the axle extending from the flange and the flange located between the first section and the second section of the axle, and a main body having a first open end mounted to the insertion tube from the second end of the cylindrical member and a suction tube connected to a second open end of the main body, a mediate hole defined in the main body and a holding neck enclosing the mediate hole, the second section of the axle being sized to be held by the holding neck and removably engaged with the mediate hole.
2 . The spray head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the axle includes at least one axial groove defined in an outer periphery of the first section.
3 . The spray head as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main body has a tapered inner periphery.
4 . A spray head comprising:
a cap having an output and an insertion tube which is in communication with the output; a cylindrical member having a recess defined in a first end thereof and the cap movably engaged with the recess, an inner tube located at a center of the cylindrical member and a connection plate connected between the inner tube and an inner periphery of the cylindrical member, the insertion tube movably inserted into the inner tube and a spring mounted to the insertion tube and the inner tube, the spring biased between an inside of the cap and the connection plate of the cylindrical member; a seal member connected to an end of the insertion tube from a second end of the cylindrical member, the seal member snuggly engaged with an inner periphery of the inner tube and having a central hole; an axle having a first section inserted into the insertion tube from the second end of the cylindrical member and fixed to the cap, a flange extending radially from the axle and a groove defined in a top surface thereof, a distal end of the seal member removably engaged with the groove, a second section of the axle extending from the flange and the flange located between the first section and the second section of the axle, and a main body having a first open end mounted to the insertion tube from the second end of the cylindrical member and a suction tube connected to a second open end of the main body, a mediate hole defined in the main body, and a seal piece received in the main body and having an open end and a close end, the second section of the axle being sized to be inserted into the open end of the seal piece and the close end of the seal piece removably sealing the mediate hole.
5 . The spray head as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the axle includes at least one axial groove defined in an outer periphery of the first section.
6 . The spray head as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the main body has a tapered inner periphery.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
