Applicator pad

Abstract

A disposable applicator pad is constructed of three layers of material. The first later which is in contact with the skin of a person is an absorptive fabric layer. This layer may contain a treatment substance. A second layer of absorbative material is in the form of durable paper towel material or fabric. A third layer is in the form of a smooth hard paper. All three layers are bonded together, preferably by stitching, although other adherents may be utilized. A treatment substance may also be provided between the first and second layer and the second and third layer. The treatment substance may include deodorant, essence, scents, herbs, charcoal, foot powder, anti-fungus cream or powder and/or antimicrobial agents.

1 . An applicator pad, comprising: 
 a first layer comprised of an absorptive fabric;    a second layer made of an absorptive material selected from the group consisting of durable paper towel material and fabric;    a third layer comprised of a smooth hard paper;    said first, second and third layers being held together by bonding; and    a treatment substance applied to at least said first layer, said first layer adapted to be in contact or most nearly in contact with a body part of a person.    
     
     
         2 . An applicator in accordance with  claim 1  wherein said first, second and third layers are formed in the shape of the insole of a shoe.  
     
     
         3 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 2  wherein said first layer is adapted to be in contact with or closest to a bottom of a foot of a person.  
     
     
         4 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 1  wherein said treatment substance applied to at least said first layer is selected from the group consisting of deodorant, essence and scent.  
     
     
         5 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 1  wherein said bonding is stitching around the periphery of said first, second and third layers.  
     
     
         6 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 5  wherein stitching is also provided in spaced relationship throughout the interior of said first, second and third layers.  
     
     
         7 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 1  wherein a treatment substance is provided between said first and second layers.  
     
     
         8 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 1  wherein said treatment substance is applied between said second and third layers.  
     
     
         9 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 7  wherein said treatment substance is selected from the group consisting of essence, scent, deodorant, herb, charcoal, foot powder, anti-fungus cream, anti-fungus powder and antimicrobial substance.  
     
     
         10 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 8  wherein said treatment substance is selected from the group consisting of essence, scent, deodorant, herb, charcoal, foot powder, anti-fungus cream, anti-fungus powder and antimicrobial substance.  
     
     
         11 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein said bonding is stitching.  
     
     
         12 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 11 , wherein said stitching is on the periphery.  
     
     
         13 . An applicator pad in accordance with  claim 11 , wherein said stitching is centrally dispersed.
