Abstract
An auxiliary seat pad invented for an invalid to sit on a toilet, a stool and a chair, with which offers a higher seat position, safety, easy assembling, comfortable contact, and durability, comprises a rigid support plate, a stuffing body with the determined thickness deposited on said support plate, and a soft elastic enclosed body with a certain thickness to enclose said support plate and said enclosed body. With a set of adjustable clamping apparatus on the bottom side, secures said auxiliary seat pad on a toilet.

3 . An auxiliary seat pad deposited on a toilet with annular shape for assisting an invalid easily comfortably to sit on a raised cushioned seat comprises:
a rigid support plate in annularity as a supporting structure; a stuffing body, wherein deposits on said rigid support plate in an annularity and is modeled a determined thickness to raise up a seat; an enclosed body, wherein encloses said rigid support plate and said stuffing body in softness and elasticity and waterproofing; and at least a set of the clamping apparatus, wherein set on the bottom of said seat pad, with which a blocker in the front, clamping and affixing on a toilet bowl.

An auxiliary seat pad as in claim 1 - 3 wherein said stuffing body and enclosed body are made up an contrary dense stuff to each other, as a lower dense stuffing body enclosed by a higher dense enclosed body, and as a higher dense stuffing body enclosed by a lower dense enclosed body, therefore, to comprise for a reasonable weight, the pressure-stand and the elastic softness.
5 . An enclosed body as in claim 4 wherein said stuff is foamed in an elastic waterproof plastic material, and with the texture on the surface as for the ventilated and skid proof contact with the skin of an invalid.
6 . A seat pad as in claim 3 wherein said blocker is a front extension of said rigid support plate enclosed by said enclosed body for blocking on the front of a toilet bowl.
7 . A seat pad as in claim 3 wherein the bottom of said enclosed body set at least a set of indentation with which the screw hole and the limit hole set into said rigid support plate for joining and locating said clamping apparatuses.
8 . A seat pad as in claim 3 wherein at least a set of said clamping apparatus set on the bottom of said seat pad comprises the L-shape block, the fastening screw and the guide base.

A clamping apparatus as in claim 8 wherein said L-shape block comprises one end to insert into said guide base with at least a hole for said fasten screw insert through to adjust said L-shape block, and the other side with the soft elastic pad on inner side for enforcing the attachment on a toilet.
