Soft case with three-dimensional plush toy figure for mobile telephone

Abstract

The invention provides a soft case with a three-dimensional plush toy figure for a mobile telephone. A soft case with a three-dimensional toy figure such as an animal, character, mascot or play object is fitted onto a flip-style mobile telephone. The phone slides into a clear plastic holder on the case so that the keypad is visible through the holder. The case also includes a thin, stretchy fabric attached to the top surface of the toy figure that is pulled over the phone cover and earpiece to allow the phone to pivot from a closed position to an open position and prevent the phone from falling out of the case. The toy figure is stuffed and the plush material protects phone from damage if phone is accidentally dropped. The case further includes a zippered compartment to hold small objects such as coins or keys. The case also includes a cord loop for attachment of a keychain and clip. The shape and colors of the case may be customized for advertising or promotional purposes for businesses, organizations, schools and sports teams. The case could also be designed to fit onto a bar-style mobile telephone.

       8 . The case of  claim 1 , further including a clear plastic holder to allow keypad of said mobile phone to be visible through the holder.  
   
   
       9 . The case of  claim 8 , further including a portion of stretchy fabric attached to the top of said toy figure to secure said phone in said case and allow said phone to pivot from a closed position to an open position.
