Movable table stand
Abstract
A movable table stand is mainly composed of a table stand and two locking members. The table stand includes four corner plates, four adjustable restrictive rods, two direction-free wheels and two auxiliary wheels set at preset positions. Each of the corner plates is formed integral, able to avert mistakes of secondary machining and enforce the whole strength. The locking members are respectively set at a preset position at two sides of the table stand and controlled to keep the table stand locked or unlocked by treading with a foot. Being independent from locking system, the direction-free wheels and the auxiliary wheels can be processed mechanically and simply, reducing cost and increasing marketing competition.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A movable table stand comprising:
a table stand having four corner plates, four adjustable restrictive poles, two direction-free wheels and two auxiliary wheels; each said corner plate possessing a triangular bottom plate and two side plates extending up vertically from two sides of said bottom plate, plural fixing blocks pressed at the conjunction of said bottom plate and each of said side plates, each said side board pressed to form a fixing groove at its top and bored with a fixing hole at a preset position for fitting with a quick disassembling bolt; each said adjustable restrictive rod bored with a preset number of fixing holes corresponding to said quick disassembling bolts and to be put in the inner side of said fixing block and said fixing groove of said corner plate; said direction-free wheels respectively screwed pivotally at a preset front position of said corner plates at the front portion of said table stand; said auxiliary wheels respectively screwed pivotally at a preset position beside said corner plates at the rear portion of said table stand; two locking members fixed respectively at a preset position beside said corner plates at the front portion of said table stand and respectively having a bottom base, a pedal, a restrictive plate, a fixing base and an outer cover; said bottom base fixed at a preset position of said corner plate, said pedal, said restrictive plate and said fixing base orderly and pivotally connected with an outer side of said bottom base, a fixing pivot fixed at a preset position sidewise on said bottom base; said pedal having pedal plate extending from its front end and an arced surface formed at its rear end and set with a restrictive projection at a preset position and bored with a pivotal hole at a preset position for fitting in with a double-head rivet for connecting pivotally with said bottom base, said double-head rivet matched with a torsion spring fixed at said pedal with its one end and said bottom base with the other end; said restrictive plate having a fixing groove corresponding to said fixing pivot of said bottom base and provided with a locking surface at its upper side, a slope extending sidewise from its front and a pivotal hole bored at its end for fitting with a double-head rivet for connecting pivotally with said bottom base, said double-head rivet matched with a torsion spring fixed at said restrictive plate with its one end and the tail of said bottom base with the other end; said fixing base bored with a pivotal hole at its front end for fitting in with a double-head rivet for connecting pivotally with said bottom base, said double-head rivet matched with a torsion spring fixed at said fixing base with its one end and said bottom base with the other end, said fixing base having a fixing plate extending outwards and vertically on its bottom for fitting with a braking block screwed together with a screw nut at two sides of said fixing base respectively; and, said outer cover covered on said pedal, said restrictive plate and said fixing base and riveted with each of said two double-head rivets of said pedal, said restrictive plate and said fixing base.
2 . A movable table stand as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said quick disassembling bolt is composed of a fixing bar, an elastic spring, a sleeve and a washer; said fixing bar has a restrictive flange in the intermediate portion, said elastic spring is fitted around said fixing bar that is successively inserted into said sleeve, so that said elastic spring, being stopped by said restrictive flange, is confined in said sleeve, and the outer portion of said fixing bar is screwed together with said washer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
