Abstract

The present invention refers to means for package sealing. In particular, it refers to a system of machines for package filling and sealing that comprises a pair of oscillating arms opposed and facing each other, simultaneously activated by a main cog through rods. The facing faces of the oscillating arms unite mid-point to them so, in other coordinated operation, to press, cut and seal the sleeve forming the bag in process, which displaces itself through that mid-point. The invention also involves means for pre-piling up in the feeding of the packages, as soon as means for compressing the packages by vibration and compressing the bale formed by the whole of the packages.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A system for filling and sealing packages, where it is made use of a set of elements to fill, hold, seal and deliver a bag formed from a film sleeve of thermoplastic material, said system comprising an alternative movement cog connected to a couple of rods that activate opposing oscillating arms, where said oscillating arms also comprise within their internal upper face elements of clamps/counter-clamps, thermal sealing elements and cutting elements.

2 . A system, according to claim 1 , wherein because said cog presents an alternative movement that corresponds with a portion of rotation of same, which movement is transmitted to a couple of rods connected to certain opposing oscillating arms that define a converging/diverging displacement on a point intermediate between them, as of the relative position of the alternating cog.

3 . A system, according to claim 1 , where the oscillating arms possess within their upper internal faces or of contact, subjection clamps and counter-clamps of a sleeve of thermoplastic material forming the bag, where said sleeve runs in the intermediate space formed between the oscillating arms.

4 . A system, according to claim 1 , where the oscillating arms besides comprise between the clamps and counter-clamps, parallel sealing and counter-sealing elements, upper and lower, for the thermal union of the sleeve forming the bag in their upper and lower extremes.

5 . A system, according to claim 1 , wherein because between the sealing and counter-sealing elements are arranged cutting elements to separate the intermediate space of the sleeve/bag between the upper and the lower sealing and which define the sealing of the bottom of the bag in formation and the sealing of the upper extreme of the already formed bag.

6 . A system, according to claim 1 , where the feeding of said system is done by means of a transporting belt or endless belt, which drives the packages up to a platform furnished with a lateral pushing plate, which is activated when it supports a predetermined number of packages, by means of a sensor-counter, pushing the packages towards a piling box.

7 . A system, according to claim 1 , comprising a lower pusher element, once the bag has been filled and placed over said pusher, that thrusts the whole upwards, to eliminate the upper empty space and forms a bale essentially free from spaces not occupied by packages.
