Abstract

The present invention is a candy lollipop device that can be converted to a humanoid or character figure with a wobbling head after consumption of the candy. The device comprises a body, a head and a flat base for support. The body includes a stick-like protrusion from the portion representing the neck, surrounded by candy. The head includes a hole or groove to receive the stick-like protrusion. The dimensions of the hole or groove and the stick-like protrusion are designed so that after the consumption of the candy, and replacing the head, the head will wobble when touched slightly. Both the body and the head are modeled to mimic fanciful or commonly known characters and personalities with information imprinted on the flat base and at other suitable locations on the device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An improved novelty candy lollipop (“pop”) device comprising a body and a head portion wherein;
 a. the body comprises a holding means with a stick-like protrusion extending from it; b. the stick-like protrusion supports a candy medium; c. the portion of the body opposite the candy medium forms a supporting means to maintain the device in a vertical orientation when placed on a surface; and d. the head portion is mounted over the stick-like protrusion and candy, so that after the candy is consumed, the head is capable of an erratic wobbling movement.

       2 . The improved candy pop device of claim 1 , wherein the bobble head comprises a hole or groove to receive the stick-like protrusion.

       3 . The improved candy pop device of claim 2 , wherein fanciful shapes, designs, and dimensions comprise the hole or groove, so that the head wobbles in a specific manner over the stick-like protrusion when touched slightly.

       4 . The improved candy pop device of claim 1 , wherein the head is modeled to represent famous personalities such as athletes, movie actors, politicians, or the like.

       5 . The improved candy pop device of claim 4 , wherein the body is modeled to suit the bobble head, creating the impression of a single character.

       6 . The improved candy pop device of claim 5 , wherein a famous name, writing, or design can be imprinted into the surface of the base of the device.

       7 . The improved candy pop device of claim 5 , wherein a team name, team logo, or other relevant information can be imprinted on the flat base when the device represents a sportsperson.

       8 . The improved candy pop device of claim 7 , wherein the head of the sportsperson further comprises a cap.

       9 . The improved candy popsicle device of claim 8 , wherein the cap is imprinted with a team logo or a related design.

       10 . The improved candy popsicle device of claim 1 , wherein the head represents any organism exhibiting cephalic physiology wherein a head is discernable from the rest of the body.

       11 . The improved candy popsicle device of claim 1 , wherein the bobble head represents any object loosely supported by the base structure.
