Moving apparatus

Abstract

The objective of the current invention is to efficiently utilize work space on a desk when a personal computer is not in use. Thus, the current invention comprises a placing portion 18 to place a personal computer (laptop type), a moving portion 12 to move the personal computer from a use position for using the personal computer to a nonuse position different from the use position, and a fixing device 14 to detachably fix the moving portion 12 to a desk 16 . By placing the placing portion to the nonuse position, the work space on the desk can be effectively used when the personal computer is not in use. The moving apparatus is detachable from the desk 16 because the moving portion 12 is detachably fixed to the desk 16 , so that the desk and the personal computer can be moved separately, which is useful when relocating or replacing the desk.

1 . A moving apparatus comprising; 
 a placing portion to place a personal computer or a keyboard of a personal computer;    a moving portion to move said placing portion from a use position for using the placed personal computer or keyboard to any nonuse position located different from said use position; and    a fixing means to detachably fix said moving portion to a desk.    
     
     
         2 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 1 , further comprising a control means to control said placing portion from tiling exceeding a predetermined angle when said placing portion is positioned at the use position.  
     
     
         3 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 1 , further comprises a permission means to permit the movement of said placing portion, wherein said moving portion can move from, at least one of said use position or said nonuse position, to another when permitted by said permission means.  
     
     
         4 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 1  comprises a storage portion internal at least to said moving portion to store at least one of a power wire of said personal computer or a signal wire of said personal computer.  
     
     
         5 . A moving apparatus comprising; 
 a platform;    a placing portion having a placing face to place a placing object;    an elevation oscillating member comprising a rear end portion oscillatably connected to said platform and a front end portion oscillatably connected to said placing portion;    an extension means located between said elevation oscillating member and said platform;    a locking means to lock a position of said extension means;    an operating means to switch said lock means to a lock state and a release state that allows extension; and    wherein said elevation oscillating member, said platform, and said extension means comprises a triangular link structure.    
     
     
         6 . The moving apparatus according  claim 5 , wherein said placing portion comprises either of a first power terminal or a first signal terminal; and 
 wherein said platform comprises a second power terminal conducting said first power terminal or a second signal terminal conducting said first signal terminal.    
     
     
         7 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 6 , wherein an electrical wire conducing said first power terminal and said second power terminal, or an electrical wire conducting said first signal terminal and said second signal terminal is inserted into said elevation oscillating member.  
     
     
         8 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 5  wherein said elevation oscillating member comprises an inserting portion to insert and electrical wire.  
     
     
         9 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 5  wherein said extension means comprises; 
 a cylinder;    a piston head movable within a cylinder chamber of said cylinder;    a piston rod wherein a first end is connected to said piston head, and a second end is protruding outside of said cylinder;    a channel to circulate liquid filled in said cylinder chamber between a first cylinder chamber which expands its volume when extended, and a second cylinder chamber which reduces its volume when extended, divided by said piston; and    wherein said locking means is a switching valve located on said channel and operating means operates said switching valve to open and close.    
     
     
         10 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein said piston head comprises: 
 a communicating passage to communicate said first cylinder chamber with said second cylinder chamber; and    a safety valve located on said communicating passage; and    wherein said safety valve will be in an open state when the pressure in said first cylinder chamber achieves a predetermined pressure or greater.    
     
     
         11 . The moving apparatus according to  claim 10 , wherein said communicating passage comprises an aperture that operates after said safety valve is opened.
