Abstract

A swiftly adjustable film packing device includes a base, and an extensible rod. The base has an elongate tube extending sidewise, and the elongate tube is provided with plural through holes spaced apart equidistantly. The extensible rod slidably fits in the elongate tube and has a position hole in an inner end section, and a spring deposited in the extensible rod under the position hole to expand outward with its elasticity to fit in the poison hole and further in one of the plural through holes of the elongate tube so as to adjust the length of the packing device for suiting to the length of a film roll to be installed thereon. Then the time for installing a film roll can be reduced by only adjusting the position of the extensible rod relative to the elongate tube.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A swiftly adjustable film packing device comprising:
a base having an elongate tube extending sidewise from its center, said elongate tube provided with plural through holes spaced apart equidistantly, s aid base further having a grip extending out from a lower edge; an extensible rod slidably fitting in said elongate tube and having a position hole bored in an inner end section, a spring deposited in said extendible rod under said position hole and having elasticity to expand outward in said extensible rod, said spring fitting through said position hole and then in one of said through holes of said elongate tube to position said extensible rod relative to said elongate tube, said extensible rod further having a grip fixed with its end; and, two limit blocks respectively attached with an inner end of said elongate tube and with said grip of said extensible rod.

2 . The swiftly adjustable film packing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said extensible rod has its outer end provided with male threads, and said grip of said extensible rod has female threads to engage said male threads of said outer end of said extensible rod.

3 . The swiftly adjusting film packing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said extensible rod has its end provided with female threads and said grip of said extensible rod is provided with male threads to engage with said female threads

4 . The swiftly adjustable film packing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said two position limit blocks are respectively a steppped round disc provided with plural slip-preventing lines formed radially projecting up on its surface.

5 . The swiftly adjustable film packing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said spring in said extensible rod is a bent strip, and a small projection fixed on top to timely fit in or retreat from said position hole and said one of said through holes of said elongate tube.
