Abstract

A single serving of toothpaste that is encapsulated in any single serve form, allowing the user to have a fresh, germ free serving of toothpaste each time they brush their teeth.

1 . An encapsulation of a predetermined amount of toothpaste, not exceeding a single serving amount, whereby an individual can have a subagent supply of toothpaste to bush their teeth with.  
   
   
       2 . This encapsulation can be in any form or shape so that it creates a single serving host for the toothpaste and is made of an acceptable material to hold toothpaste.  
   
   
       3 . An encapsulation that has a dispensing end that shall rupture when Squeezed from its opposite end, thus expelling its supply.  
   
   
       4 . The supply amount of  claim 1 , may vary in volume, and should be about 1 size, such that there would not be waste of product, whereby urging the user to dispose of the spent encapsulation.  
   
   
       5 . The said encapsulation on  claim 2  embodied in a single use form having a hollow interior providing an acceptable cavity to hold a supply of toothpaste.  
   
   
       6 . The encapsulated of  claim 2 , provides a delivery system for the purpose of obtaining a fresh supply of toothpaste for the user.  
   
   
       7 . The encapsulation in  claim 2  provides a means for the user to always have a germ free supply of toothpaste, substantially reducing the spread of disease caused by contaminated supplies of toothpaste.
