Abstract

An air induction cleaner and decarbonizer fluid for cleaning and decarbonizing internal combustion engines adapted to be injected by sprayers while the engine is running comprises (1) 10 to 20 percent by weight of Butyl Cellosolve, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 000111-76-2; (2) 40 to 50 percent by weight of Benzyl Alcohol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 100-51-6; (3) 10 to 30 percent by weight of Propylene Glycol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 000057-55-6; and (4) 10 to 20 percent by weight of Ehtylene Glycol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 000107-21-1.

The fluid as set forth in  claim 1  wherein (1) the Butyl Cellosolve, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 00011-76-2, is about 15 percent by weight; (2) the Benzyl Alcohol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 100-51-6, is about 45 percent by weight; (3) the Propylene Glycol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 000057-55-6, is about 25 percent by weight; and (4) the Ethylene Glycol, Chemical Abstract Service Registry Number 000107-21-1, is about 15 percent by weight.
