Abstract

This is a plastic container that the patient takes to the Dr's Office. it contains their medications and the names of each. The patient can take this container at every Doctor appointment, so the Doctor can see at a glance what has been prescribed to each patient. Each medication has a box of there own and has changeable cards to tell what the medication is. If the Doctor changes a medication, he can change the card and the pill very easily. The pill holder is on the left side and the card for name of the medication is on the right. At the bottom of the pill container there is a large slot for the patient's name, Doctor's information and all allergies.
