Fan frame

Abstract

A fan frame with a fan wheel includes a plurality of guide flow members and a fan wheel. The guide flow members are joined to a rib part with a plurality of ribs in a way of each of the guide flow members being connected to at least one of the ribs. Each guide flow member extends along a curve, which is non-concentric to each other and an opening is defined with the guide flow members. The fan wheel is disposed in the opening with a plurality of fan blades and each of the fan blades has a circumferential side spacing apart from the flow guide members an inconsistent distance for migrating a secondary flow phenomenon between the respective fan blade and the flow guide members.

1 . A fan frame with a fan wheel, comprising: 
 a plurality of guide flow members, being joined to a rib part with a plurality of ribs in a way of each of the guide flow members being connected to at least one of the ribs, extending respectively along a curve, which is non-concentric to each other, and defining an opening; and    a fan wheel, being disposed in the opening with a plurality of fan blades and each of the fan blades having a circumferential side spacing apart from the flow guide members with an inconsistent distance for migrating a secondary flow phenomenon between the respective fan blade and the flow guide members.    
   
   
       2 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein the central section of the rib part forms a base seat.  
   
   
       3 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 2 , wherein the base seat is mounted with motor.  
   
   
       4 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein a clearance is between the respective guide flow members.  
   
   
       5 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein each of the guide flow members faces to another one of the flow guide members next to it at both ends thereof.  
   
   
       6 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein each of the guide flow members at both ends thereof overlaps another one of the flow guide members next to it at both ends thereof.  
   
   
       7 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein each of the guide flow members spaces apart from another one of the flow guide members next to it at both ends thereof.  
   
   
       8 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein each of the guide flow members has a cross section of rectangle, polygon or trapezoid.  
   
   
       9 . The fan frame with a fan wheel as defined in  claim 1 , wherein each of the guide flow members has a joining part for being connected to each other.
