Abstract

A backrest structure of a foldable safety seat includes a backrest, a spindle on both lateral sides of the backrest, a lateral support portion having at least one movable axle at an end of the lateral support portion and coupled to the spindle of the backrest, an axle center on the backrest, a seat portion coupled to the axle center, a shaft on both lateral sides of the seat portion, and a lateral support plate having a movable axle at an end of the lateral support plate and coupled to the seat portion shaft, and the seat portion can be laid flat from the backrest, and the lateral support portion of the backrest and the lateral support plate of the seat portion can be unfolded and fixed to form a child safety seat with protective edges, so as to facilitate the operation, save space and reduce installation and removal time.

1 . A backrest structure of a foldable safety seat, comprising: 
 a backrest, having a spindle installed at both lateral sides of said backrest;    a lateral support portion, having at least one movable axle disposed at an end of said lateral support portion and coupled to said spindle of said backrest;    an axle center, disposed on said backrest;    a seat portion, coupled to said axle center, and having a shaft disposed on both lateral sides of said seat portion; and    a lateral support plate, having at least one movable axle disposed at an end of said lateral support plate and coupled to said seat portion shaft.    
   
   
       2 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said backrest spindle comprises a plurality of groove holes.  
   
   
       3 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said movable axle of said lateral support portion comprises a hole.

The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said movable axle is coupled to a shift rod by a spring, and said shift rod is installed in said lateral support portion, and said shift rod comprises at least one insert pin, and an end of said shift rod is a fixing end.  
   
   
       5 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said seat portion shaft comprises a plurality of groove holes.  
   
   
       6 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said movable axle of said lateral support plate comprises a hole.  
   
   
       7 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said movable axle is coupled to a shift rod by a spring, and said shift rod is installed in said lateral support plate, and said shift rod comprises at least one insert pin, and an end of said shift rod is a fixing end.  
   
   
       8 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said backrest comprises a seat cushion installed at a lower end of said backrest and coupled to a knob at said backrest for adjusting the angle of said seat cushion and said backrest.  
   
   
       9 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said backrest comprises a headrest disposed at an upper end of said backrest.  
   
   
       10 . The backrest structure of a foldable safety seat of  claim 1 , wherein said backrest comprises a safety belt disposed at an appropriate corresponding position.
